I had tried this Survey Company for many times and had done reviews online for them, actually for many well known companies, around 2 years ago!
Their surveys for reviews are usually given defined companies, that are suggested through the site, plus they give you the opportunity to do reviews for companies of your choice.
Their reviews are always structured, and chartered, based on standard criteria, with detailed questions, where they ask you to give many details on companies, in an analytical way. They also give you a scale to rate each question, depending on the content of it.
They've always paid me in Visa Cards, sent per review directly to me, with a relative amount prepaid to spend as prepaid card.
I'd definitely recommend this company to reviewers.

I've been using this site on and off since last year, I don't do most surveys, but sometimes I will get on a streak of doing them. I've, so far, cashed out twice. Both rewards were $10 visa giftcards. You do sometimes have to be patient and wait for them to have the giftcard you want, last cash out, I believe it took a week or so for the site to have the visa cards. It takes maybe 14 business days to get the reward emailed to you, but they always work, and I always do get them. I'm just about at the stage where I can cash out again, hopefully everything continues to go smoothly.

Although it is a friendly community and the surveys are easy to carry out, once you reach 1000 points, it takes too long to get the bill.

I've been doing surveys for a while with this group. At first it was easy to navigate the site and do surveys. Since they've remade their website it's slow to load and no way to look at your earnings or cash out. You're supposed to receive an automated email when you've gained enough points to cash out and I have over the amount needed but have never received the email. I've emailed customer service and also tried using the chat feature with them but no one responds back. It's a total waste of time using this survey site.

It seems to mostly be geared toward shoppers (or people who are willing to say that they are). They start strong, where you get pretty good points for the first few surveys, then (for me) it suddenly stops before you can cash out... then the amount of surveys you get will depend on if you are a shopper or not. If you are like me, you will get no surveys except once a month something easy to fill out to keep you on the hook. Although at that rate it will take the better part of a year to cash out ten bucks. They email me surveys, but after a long and tedious qualifying loop (if you aren't much of a shopper) you get nothing but a "sorry" sign. They seem to heavily moderate (censor) the comments and discussions on their site, only really allowing compliments. Not recommended.
