Joining is easy and it pays! By joining the HCD Survey consumer panel, you will be invited to participate in surveys regarding your specific interests and concerns.

HCD Survey Point System

The point system for this panel is very simple: $1 is equal to 100 points. For example, if you have 750 points in your account, this equals $7.50. Points are always redeemed for cash and can be cashed-out once 1000 or more points are earned ($10+). Expect your check to come in the mail within 6-8 weeks.

Earnings per Survey

The amount of points collected per survey depends on the project. On average, the range is $1 - $5 per survey completed. Sometimes there will be no incentive when you participate in a study, but this will be brought to your attention beforehand. If you get invited to a survey, but the quota is full once you go to participate, you will be awarded with 10 points.

Increase your Survey Invites

Most members receive about one survey invite per week, but to ensure you are getting all of your invites, HCD offers the option to join the safe sender list. This program leads you through instructions to ensure none of your survey invites are ending up in your spam folder instead of in your inbox!

Refer-a-Friend Program

Help your friends take advantage of earning rewards for completing surveys! There is an option to "Refer a Friend" within your member account that includes a personal referral link that can be sent out.

HCD Research is a great survey site. The surveys are always interesting and fun to do. Payments arrive in a timely manner, approximately 6-8 weeks.

You have got to respond fast but qualify for most, can't remember what pay-out is, want to say it's up there as I have not been able to cash out yet.

this a very good site however they send a lot of 2 minute surveys with a video for 50 cents so it takes a while to reach payout but the surveys are very interesting would recommend

I registered with HCD Research yesterday and didn't expect to really receive any surveys any time soon, but as I check my email account frequently, there was an invite from HCD unexpectedly in my junkmail, even though I have them as a safe-sender.
I logged on and took the survey that included a short 2 minute video download to rate ( thought I'd be disqualified as I'm on dial-up; yep, I'm the last one!), but after 10 minutes or so, the video loaded and I successfully completed the survey and my account was credited with the points.
As many others have stated, we're not going to get rich doing surveys, but it is kind of fun and interesting to be paid for one's opinion just for registration and participation in a panel, especially the political/social ones HCD seems to specialize in.
I hope to receive more invites from HCD Research and so far, I'd recommend signing up with them.

I really enjoy their site it's different and those little rewards do add up fast; their focus groups pay more
