Earn Rewards by Sharing What You Buy

By scanning and transmitting your weekly household purchases, you’ll be earning rewards. Your feedback could help influence the future of leading brands and improve your personal shopping experiences.

Scan all of your purchases with a free barcode scanner or the Scan N Go app on at least a weekly basis, and you’ll earn points which can be redeemed for a wide selection of gifts from the gift catalogue.

Collect Points

For each week you are on the panel and submitting barcodes, you will be awarded reward points which can be redeemed for items in the IRI Shopper Panel gift catalogue. Panel participation will also earn you automatic entries into a variety of monthly prizes and sweepstakes.

How Scanning Works

IRI Shopper Panel will first ask about which stores you shop at. From there, simply scan the items you purchased and enter in how much you paid for each item. Hit the 'Transmit' button on the Scan N Go app, and you're finished!

If you choose to use the in-home scanner, the transmission is automated. The scanner sends your purchases at no cost to you.

Use the Scanner or the App

Members of IRI Shopper Panel can scan their grocery purchase barcodes using the free handheld scanner that is supplied after joining, or by using the SCAN n GO App, which is a mobile app designed to scan barcodes straight from your phone.

Scan for your first 6 weeks in a row and redeem a $20 Flexi eGift Card

You can redeem your points for gifts such as iTunes gift cards, Bunnings gift cards, Visa gift cards and other amazing rewards.

Opportunities for More Rewards

Earn additional points for occasionally answering short surveys, winning newsletter competitions, and receiving bonus points on your birthday.

I've been doing this shopping scanning for just over a year now.
Its tricky at first ,downloading the scanner to my phone and figuring the right thing to do but it doesn't take long.
I like scanning and having my say towards what the shops think about our spending. If it helps all good.
Its easy to rope the kids in to help. Doesn't take long,takes me between 20/30 min to scan and have it put away with kids help. You call out whats on the docket in order,they are quick to find it ,scan and they put it away.teaches them costs as well.
I like doing the puzzles either online or from the newsletter I get quarterly. The comps are fun and yes I have won a huge evoucher at one point,that was exciting for us. It can be time consuming at first until you get a routine then its easy.
A legitimate company working to help the stores you shop at help us better. Sort of like a shopping census lol
I've had to ring a few times when I had problems logging in or with the scan part but the staff were attentive and helpful and I got it sorted .
points add up and their are other ways with comps and surveys to earn points . The online gifts are great ,im saving mine for something big lol
Other than my phone that the scanner is on dying a slow death I Haven't had problems that can't be fixed.
One thing though I can't seem to find the app in the store to add to my windows phone,which I'd like to do .
The new phone is more reliable but I have it on ipad and its working.
This Is the only online shopping survey I am in and I have checked out a few and didn't like the messy way things were going in those sights and getting too many crappy emails. Yes you have to actually type in the prices but really is that so hard ?
All in all I'm happy with doing the scanning knowing I'm helping myself and others and having a bit of fun.

I have been scanning items since the beginning of November. I have had one reward, I donated to an Animal charity. The site had the hide to ask me if I wanted to wait six months before the charity got the lousy ten dollar donation. At last count I had two thousand points. I have never been able to log on and see what I could "spend" my points on. Despite contacting the company, I have never had any satisfaction with their response. I used a smartphone and a desktop computer to log in. Used cut and paste. Still no recognition. Today the site tells me "it isn't working" Bah Ha Hum Bug.

No surveys to do and after scanning products i buy, there is no reward for it. points go up then down again which i cant understand. disappointing site
