LiveTribe has multiple ways to gain points or win prizes beyond just filling out surveys. These include:

Extensive Reward Offerings

With LiveTribe, members can choose a reward that suits them most out of a large variety of options. Rewards include e-vouchers for Amazon, DealsDirect, Flight Centre, iTunes, Woolworths, and others, or you can choose to receive your rewards as cash via PayPal or EFTPOS money cards. Receiving rewards take anywhere between 5 days to 8 weeks, depending on the reward you have chosen. Note that some rewards carry extra costs for LiveTribe and extra points will be deducted to cover this. An example would be EFTPOS vouchers.

LiveTribe Points and Conversions

The reward conversion is 740 points for $1.00. Most surveys taken pay between 700 to 1,100 points, however some special surveys can pay as high as 4,000 points! The minimum payout is $10 or 7,400 points and rewards normally take 15 to 30 days to be processed and delivered. There are some exceptions, such as PayPal deposits which start at a minimum of $25.

Instead of using your points to collect rewards, consider using them towards a local community cause! LiveTribe believes it is important to combine research with charity activities, and as a result, thousands of points each year are donated to great causes. Each month there is a rotating charity that has a local community issue focus.

I have been doing surveys for this company for years and now I stopped doing their surveys. Worst survey platform ever I used. They never send you enough surveys for even minimum redemption or before that terminate your account. Their web site is not all user friendly and very difficult to manage after their recent updates... unprofessional and most of the time login is not working and pages keep on loading. Minimum 15-20 surveys you need to attend for getting at least a $10 gift voucher. Waste of time for nothing. Some how you get enough points for $10 gift voucher then you redeem it will take minimum 2-3 months to get it that also not sure and you may need to remind them continuously. Worst customer service experience... never respond to your mails. Just cheating customers. Many other survey platforms pay good amount for your valuable time and effort.

I have been a member with livetribe for a few years now.
Whilst they offer me many surveys, they take more than the 8 weeks to send the reward.
I have to contact their help desk every time and even then the reward is not sent quickly.
They claim to be based in Australia and give that as an excuse for the delay in processing rewards.

Their website have recurring issues. Happened last year and it's happening again now. After they 'upgrade' to the current website, it is much harder for members to track the survey histories and points. We have to go to 'site map', then online surveys before we could see our survey histories. Weird. Recently, I discover that I don't received full survey points after I successfully complete and submit a survey and told to click on the 'livetribe' banner to collect points. I am only given the regular 160 disqualification points. I trace them. They said that they 'had added' the full survey points to me but the points still don't show up. I chase again, no reply. It takes quite long time to accumulate sufficient points to get a Paypal or Effort $50 pay.

I have been a member for many years & found it takes ages to earn enough to get any type of reward. There is a big point difference in reward type & the gift cards available are not the best compared to other sites.
They take 6 to 8 weeks to pay out any redemption.
I just cashed out my points & will be closing the account once I receive it. There are many much better survey companies who pay a fair reward for the time & effort you put in.

Been with Livetribe for some years. Aside from surveys, they have polls and forum discussions. The only issue is with the time it takes to receive a reward.
