Tons of Ways to Earn and Win

LiveTribe has multiple ways to gain points or win prizes beyond just filling out surveys. These include:

• Competitions (monthly and gaming)
• $5000 Giveaway Sweepstakes + 5 x $1000 Sweepstakes draws (almost any action you take on the site gains you an entry)
• Social Media (follow LiveTribe for surprise contests on social media)
• Profile Completion (complete your profile for 750 points)
• Forums and Polls (engage with members and even suggest topics and polls. If they are published you receive 1,000 points!)

Extensive Reward Offerings

With LiveTribe, members can choose a reward that suits them most out of a large variety of options. Rewards include e-vouchers for Amazon, DealsDirect, Flight Centre, iTunes, Woolworths, and others, or you can choose to receive your rewards as cash via PayPal or EFTPOS money cards. Receiving rewards take anywhere between 5 days to 8 weeks, depending on the reward you have chosen. Note that some rewards carry extra costs for LiveTribe and extra points will be deducted to cover this. An example would be EFTPOS vouchers.

LiveTribe Points and Conversions

The reward conversion is 740 points for $1.00. Most surveys taken pay between 700 to 1,100 points, however some special surveys can pay as high as 4,000 points! The minimum payout is $10 or 7,400 points and rewards normally take 15 to 30 days to be processed and delivered. There are some exceptions, such as PayPal deposits which start at a minimum of $25.

Giving Back to your Community

Instead of using your points to collect rewards, consider using them towards a local community cause! LiveTribe believes it is important to combine research with charity activities, and as a result, thousands of points each year are donated to great causes. Each month there is a rotating charity that has a local community issue focus.

Refer Friends for More Rewards

Share the fun of LiveTribe with your friends and get rewarded. Each time you successfully refer a friend and they complete three surveys, you will be awarded 1,000 bonus points.

I have an email from Live tribe dated 12/9/17 stating my claim for $50 will be paid in 6-8 weeks. It is now over 10 weeks & they don't even answer my emails. Is this normal ? do other people have this problem ?

I was a member of the LiveTribe Panel for about two years, until I finally got fed up with them.

In April 2016, I claimed a $10 gift voucher from LiveTribe, then noticed I still had enough points to claim a second, $20 gift card, so I did. After waiting two months, I received the first $10 gift voucher, but not the second one, so I emailed LiveTribe, attaching their confirmation email for the two gift vouchers. The next day, LiveTribe's support centre emailed me saying: "Please be advised that only a $10 Giftpay voucher redemption was made on 13/4/16." Not helpful!

So I took a screenshot of LiveTribe's confirmation email, and attached it to a second email to LiveTribe. This time, the contact person responded by saying that there had been a glitch at their end which showed that I had more points than I actually had, so I couldn't claim the second $20 gift card.

It's bad enough to have to wait for up to *eight weeks* to receive rewards, but extremely annoying when the support centre staff don’t even bother to read or respond properly to your emails!

Live tribe have always been slow in paying out rewards, and always you will not get your reward in the stated time and every time I have had to contact support to receive the redeemed reward. Now, every survey I successfully complete comes up with an error when I click through, and never get rewarded. Multiple attempts to contact support about this have been ignored. I suggest that LiveTribe has gone really bad, and you will likely waste your time and never get rewarded. Shame. They used to be OK.

Hi folks, been a member of this one for over a year, was just scraping by as a "survey provider" very slow to earn points! Got paid out $50 paypal a couple of times, as they've got bigger, more arrogant as well. Like all of a sudden after waiting 2 MONTHS for them to deposit into my paypal, they put a notice in the bottom of their newsletter, stating they updated their payment policy,(whatever that is?) to 60 days from when u claim it to reach ur paypal! WHAT A JOKE! It takes 3-5 months to build up enough to be paid out THEN they want to hold it for another 2 months, WHY? the interest? (my guess) If they are that tight, and the fact my post, (asking why,) about it on their Fbook just magically Disappeared. IMHO, give this lot a BIG miss!
