Take Advantage of Different Activities

On the MindMover Connect website there are a variety of exciting research activities to participate in. These include: the discussion forum, online surveys and polls. Panel members can answer polls or even create their own if they have a burning question they want answered!

Online Surveys = Rewards

Every time you participate in an online survey you will be rewarded with points deposited into your member account. The points collected will vary, but surveys are usually worth 50 – 1,000 points each (1 point = 1 penny). This means that surveys usually pay between 50p to £10 depending on their length and complexity.

PayPal, Cheque or Amazon Rewards

When your member account reaches 2,000 points (£20), you may redeem your points via PayPal or Amazon gift card. Note that cheques can also be requested but require a 3,000 point (£30) minimum. Please allow 56 days for a cheque delivery and 30 days for PayPal or Amazon payments.

Eligibility: Open to residents of the UK only.

I raised two tickets due to this with their helpdesk (which you have to register & login separately from the panel site) AND NO RESPONSE.
Even their own portal says both tickets are overdue so they are not even following their own rules. MINDMOVER if you are reading this you know what to do process my payment ASAP.

This site stands out from others for me as the rewards for surveys are so much better which means that rewards come quicker. The only fault I can find is that a cashout can't be made earlier, say at £10.
5p per minute doesn't sound like a lot but compared to other survey sites it's very generous. Plus, surveys are always as long as they say they'll be (unlike a great many other sites).
The site is also quite fun with the Quick Polls and Discussion.

This site owe me £38 but I cannot redeem. I redeemed in January but it was returned to my account. They respond with copy and pasted replies but don't solve it. Lots of others with the same issues. Still sending surveys but obviously no longer solvent. Do not use.

I reached the points threshold 4 weeks ago and have been trying to redeem my points every day but are told the service is not available. When I raise a ticket, I get a automated response but no help.

Update.
It's now been nearly 3 months of trying to redeem and still can't get what I am owed. Do not use these people.
