Always Reliable

March 9, 2019 by John from United Kingdom

I have been a member of this site for about 6 years (I remember the old 'notebook' design!) There have been times when it's had ups and downs but these days it is very reliable. I get surveys pretty much every day and while you don't always qualify for all of them, I find I get through enough to keep reliably earning money here and there. The people you speak to on email are always very friendly and helpful and my Amazon vouchers have always come through really quickly. You have to save up £20 in points before you get a cashout, but it doesn't take long for this to add up. This site has always worked out well for me anyway.

poor customer service

January 6, 2019 by Irene from United Kingdom

I have been a member of this survey site for a couple of years and never had a problem with it. However, I last redeemed the maximum number of points needed to get a pay out and still haven't received it. I have tried contacting them via their website and sent emails and haven't received a reply. Really disappointed and frustrated with their level of customer service.

Hi Irene. I'm really sorry if you experienced delays with your points payment at the start of the year. We always have a lot of points to process around this time and it can take a little longer than usual to sort them out for everyone. I hope that your points came through eventually, but if they still haven't then please send one more email to our helpdesk address and I'll make sure that someone gets back to you right away.

We do appreciate all of the help you have given us by answering so many of our surveys, so it's important for us to sort your payment ASAP. Again, I am very sorry for any disappointment caused on this occasion and if anything still needs sorting out then we will do our best to do so right away.

It's a well designed site but surveys are rare and you often get screened out.

Couldn't Stay Away

May 3, 2015 by Jenna from United Kingdom

I joined these in 2011 and unsubscribed in 2013 due to not receiving enough surveys and never qualifying. They also seemed to have partnered with another site I am a member of and a site I detest some days, I didn't want to have to deal with the issues I was having twice!

Their cashout is a minimum of £20 but I found it quite easy to reach in the first year or so, it was the year before I left them I found it hard. Mostly because they were never open for long, but I guess that just means it's popular.

After I unsubscribed myself I received a random email about a year later inviting me to a survey - so I had a look on their website, managed to remember my log in details, and saw I had some points. After getting rid of about 20 sites I hadn't been doing well with, I thought why not try and reach payment one last time - within a month I cashed out, have added another couple of quid to my total, and I am still receiving almost-daily surveys from them.

They only offer through PayPal, Amazon and Cheque, which are perfect for me but some prefer others. I guess if you're wanting something else you could always use the cash though! A minimum of £20 is needed but at the moment they seem to be sending a lot of surveys worth £2-3, so it has been easy for me to get back into it however I may have a backlog that I'm getting through quickly!

Would recommend this one - I left and went back to it, so it can't be all that bad. Very few glitches and issues other than surveys being finished by the time I click through, but none have come from emails I've received 2 seconds ago so I can understand in some cases they're closed.
