On the MindMover Connect website there are a variety of exciting research activities to participate in. These include: the discussion forum, online surveys and polls. Panel members can answer polls or even create their own if they have a burning question they want answered!

Online Surveys = Rewards

Every time you participate in an online survey you will be rewarded with points deposited into your member account. The points collected will vary, but surveys are usually worth 50 – 1,000 points each (1 point = 1 penny). This means that surveys usually pay between 50p to £10 depending on their length and complexity.

Are they going out of business

October 15, 2019 by Kate from United Kingdom

I have been a member of this site for over 10 years and they are still sending me surveys but have blocked my access to my account which is at the payout amount of £20. I repeatedly have emailed them, tried to log in, tried to change me password but nothing so am now going to MMR to get this resolved so would suggest you be careful and not waste your time as you may not get paid. Have lots quite a bit of money over the years with sites holding earned money until it gets to £20, 30 or 40 and then they have gone with your money.

Hi Kate, We apologise for recent backlogs in incentive payments. We are working hard to pay all our valuable members on time and any recent backlog will now be cleared in the next 2 weeks. In regards to you account issues, please e-mail [email protected] who will personally pick up this issue.
Going broke?

October 1, 2019 by Mary from United Kingdom

I have been a member for around 8 years and always found their helpdesk very good until now. BUT, in July I completed a couple of surveys for which I received no reward, and all attempts at contact since then have been ignored. I tried repeatedly from my registered email, then from an alternative (in case my registered email had been blocked), and twice using the contact option on the website. It isn't that my IP address is blocked as that has changed several times (power cuts have that effect) during the period in question. I also checked their Twitter, which appears to have been abandoned some time ago.
Today I heard from another member, who had reached cash-out and was suddenly unable to get into their account, and the helpdesk wasn't responding to emails.
In my view all the signs are that this company is in the process of going under, but it is still sending out surveys to its members, presumably with no intention of ever paying them.
The T&C for most survey companies allow them to fold without paying you if you haven't reached cash-out, but I suspect that shutting someone out of their account to prevent them from cashing out is illegal.

Poor customer service

July 3, 2019 by Mary from United Kingdom

I have had enough points to cash out for ages, but there is no link to do so and the help desk hasn't responded to any e-mails. I've tried the "Contact us" link and they don't respond to this either. Have I been wasting my time doing their surveys? It certainly feels like it.
