App Details

Data passed through the app may include mobile web browsing activity, usage and titles of downloaded applications and files as well as usage of cameras, video streaming and other utilities on the mobile device. The software may also collect information regarding the web pages you view, the links you access, and usage times for certain device activities (e.g., text messaging, call lengths, and web browsing).

The app requires less than 100KB of memory to store the research software and 128KB to store the collected data before it is encrypted and securely sent to the MobileXpression servers. It should not have any affect on your phone's performance.

Run the App Without Interference

The MobileXpression app runs in the background on your devices and should not interfere with your phone or tablet. The app's main purpose is to collect data on internet surfing habits.

Take the Occasional Survey

Panel members of MobileXpression may be invited periodically to take mobile surveys to help with better understanding some of the rationale behind internet mobile surfing trends.

Is Mobile Expression Safe?

MobileXpression is a safe app to download to your devices. It runs in the background and its access to what's on your phone is very limited (as per below). The app should not interfere with regular usage of your phone, however as it does act as a VPN, some users have reported connectivity issues with their devices after downloading the MobileExpression app. These issues seem to resolve after uninstalling the app, so although the app appears safe to use, as with many apps, your success using it may vary.

Privacy is Important

Mobile express takes the privacy of their panel members very seriously. Other phone activities such as calls, text messages, photos or contacts are not accessed by the application. In addition, all of the information is pooled into anonymous data storage, so the webpages you access will never be linked back to your profile.

Went to claim my first gift card for $5.00 and the site wouldn't complete the order. Showed some kind of error when I tried. Several emails later after they said that it would be manually completed. I never received the gift. So I emailed them again and now they say my account was locked for fraud.

How could I be doing any fraud, as its an app on my phone. Deleted their app and will never trust them, again.

Im a very old member with this app company but recently they locked cancelled and blocked my account ! Ive never had problems before but they said i didnt participate as stated (which is lies) and canceled my 15 credits (ten pound amazon voucher) if id known id have rectified the problem. I feel they have handled this incident completely unfairly without fully investigating and allowing it to be sorted fairly!! Seems to me that if they have enough of you they just discard you as a customer!! I have complained numerous times to their "support team" but they say the same thing and mark the email as solved!! I have now deleted it and warn others this app company do not honour your credits even if you are in the right. Like i said all was ok until they state Nov . Very disappointed in their team and will never be using again!!

I want to like this panel more but unless you are getting a signup bonus from another website it just isn't worth it. There are no real rewards only tokens that are pretty much worthless.

I am a very old user of mobile expression app.I am using this app for 6 months.every month I got my 300rs amazon in gift. but in November after redeem my points they just locked my account.when I ask them why u locked my account they said u did not fulfill necessary thing so they cancelled my order and locked my account. sir u just think I am just crying when I see my account is locked.I am from india .every time I try ask them what is my fault.they every time reply at this time we can confirm that your order is flagged and we have locked your account and cancelled your order. Sir I only request mobile xpression team please unlock my account .they just cheating with me.please sir I am crying right now please sir unlock my account. please sir investigate and unlock my account. I feel very very sad .extremely sad. please sir unlock my account and send my gift card as soon as possible

I downloaded the app and did everything required, received 15 credits worth a £10 gift voucher. I ordered the voucher and not a few hours later my account was locked. In reply to this they stated i had not met the required criteria and so my order was canceled and my account closed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
