How Norstatpanel Works

Take surveys to earn rewards

Norstat offers online surveys which vary in length between 1 - 20 minutes. The length of the survey will always be shown in the survey invitation you receive by email and or in the app. Longer surveys will carry higher incentives for completion.

As a member you can express your opinions on various topics and earn points every time you provide your opinions. Redeem these points for cash, gift vouchers and donations.

Payment and Rewards

For every successful survey completion, you will receive Norstat Coins. These can be redeemed for gift cards, a cash payment or you can use them to plant a tree. Once you have collected at least 150 Norstat Coins (15,00 GBP) you may choose a Bank or PayPal transfer in the "Shop", accessible by accessing the 'Shop' tab located in your account.

  • Cash payments - choose between PayPal payments and bank transfers
  • Gift cards - receive a universal e-gift card that can be redeemed at a huge variety of different retailers
  • Donations - with just 5 Norstat Coins, you can opt to plant a tree through WeForest

Withdrawals are processed once monthly, on the 1st of each month. It may take up to 4 working days for your reward to be delivered to your account.

Norstat Features

Mobile app

When you download the Norstat app, a single use code is e-mailed to the address you are registered with in the panel. The single use code is used to confirm that you are a panel member.

Some surveys may not be listed in the app as they may not be designed for a mobile screen. These surveys will display are available to take via your account when logging in from a computer.

Referral Program

Once or twice per year, Norstat offers existing users the opportunity to earn Norstat Coins through their recruit a friend campaign. Watch your email for details and information.

Loyalty Program

Norstat offers a loyalty program where you can collect starts to advance to new levels. The highest status is Gold. Every level offers new and exciting benefits.

The speedometer displayed in your account will show how active you are for the month. If you complete all the available surveys for the month, you will receive an activity level of 100%, which is rewarded with 10,000 stars. Maintaining a high activity level is the quickest way to collect stars and improve your level. You can also be rewarded with an activity level of 50% and 75%, but you will receive fewer stars.

It's okay but not many surveys so takes a long time to get a payout.

Terrible survey site

After a a very long time I finally had 150 points, which I could redeem. On the 3 August 2021 I redeemed the points for £15 PayPal credit. On the 13 August with still no credit received I contacted Norstatpanel Support to ask where it was. They replied "We sent payments out last week. Have you received payment yet?" I replied to say no, not yet. That's the last I heard from them. Their Customer Support is terrible - they just don't reply! I sent several emails asking them to resolve the problem and send me my £15 credit. Nothing. A whole month later no one has had the courtesy to even reply, and I have still not received payment. I am a member of many wonderful survey sites, but Norstatpanel is not one of them. They should be ashamed of themselves.
