OneOpinion is a paid survey site that conducts surveys on behalf of the world’s leading market research companies. Learn about new products and services and influence their development by sharing your opinions with the site in exchange for rewards.

By joining, you’ll be a part of a worldwide panel that actively participates in research studies from top companies, all while earning great rewards. OneOpinion was founded in 2011 and is run by Dynata.

Simple Sign Up

Signing up for the OneOpinion survey site is quick and easy – simply fill out the registration form (or chat with 'Emily' the bot to sign up), and follow the instructions once you receive your confirmation email. Once your registration is confirmed, you can start taking paid surveys and earning rewards.

Earn Gift Cards or Cash

Once you have 25,000 Points (1,000 points = $/£1.00) in your account, you can redeem your balance towards items in the OneOpinion Rewards Program. Many different gift cards options are available, including Amazon gift cards, and are sent via UPS to your mailing address.

If you do not want to wait until a physical card is delivered (keep in mind that it can take up to 10 days to arrive), you can opt for a virtual gift card that will instantly be sent to you and ready for use.

• Amazon e-vouchers - with $25 or $50 worth of points in your account, request an Amazon.com e-gift code.
• Starbucks gift cards - with 25,000 points, you can request a $25 Starbucks gift card.
• Home Depot gift card - with 25,000 points in your account, opt to receive a $25 Home Depot gift card.
• Visa prepaid cards - starting at 25,000 points, you can receive a $25 pre-paid Visa card. Other denominations are: $50, $75, and $100.

Collect Your Points

Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.

When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.

Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.

OneOpinion offers 2-Step Verification to help protect your account from hackers and scammers; this optional feature allows you product your account with your phone number so that if someone were to gain access to your email account, they would not be able to cash out your rewards from your One Opinion account.

OneOpinion promises its members great customer service. If at any point you have a question about anything regarding OneOpinion, chat with Emily the 'bot' who is surprisingly savvy and can help with most inquiries, or call the customer service line and you will be connected with a customer representative that can answer your questions over the phone.

Is One Opinion Legit?

OneOpinion is not a scam and is a legitimate paid surveys site. The site has been operating since 2011 and has issued millions of dollars in rewards to its members. Although members of the survey program may have different experiences, OneOpinion is legitimate and is run by Dynata (one of the largest data sampling companies in the world).

It seems that in a crowded field of survey companies looking to get the attention of survey takers, OneOpinion decided to differentiate itself from the others by investing in fast and actually supportive user support. The rewards arent the highest but not having the stress of not knowing if your time will be wasted on a broken survey is near priceless. They also give a small amount of points for 5 attempts which is also a nice gesture. This is now my main survey site.

If I could give this site 100 stars I would. They offer you many surveys every day and will give you 50 points for trying five times in a 24 hour period. They pay very quickly and have great customer service. I would say absolutely join this one!

This is definitely one of the better survey sites! The surveys CAN pay very well, and payout is within a few days. They offer PayPal payments which is wonderful. I recently had an issue where I completed a 60 minute survey for around $5. Once I pressed submit, I received the "Unfortunately you did not qualify" message. I was pretty disappointed because I completed the entire survey (it was a glitch of some sort), but I reached out to CS and they answered within a few days and gave me my points- no hassle at all. This was the first time I have ever had to contact CS since they RARELY have issues. I am VERY happy with this company.

I LOVELOVELOVE this site. I've cashed out frequently and it's very easy to do so. If you're a good, honest survey taker, this is the site you've been waiting for!! They're honest, customer svc is outstanding, and payouts are FAST!! If you're diligent, you could possibly cash out multiple times per month. I love these guys. Pinecone is great but OneOpinion has been the nirvana of survey sites for me!!! NEW thoughts: Well, they've aligned with some of those survey sites that ask so many questions only to DQ you. Also, they no longer do instant payouts-3 to 4 days for a paypal. AFTER I've already cashed out instantly many times. I take a lot of time and care with their surveys. Unfortunately, they are starting to go the way of many other sites that started out great and then, just started slowing down and dq'ing people. So yeah, cashing out takes 3-4 days.

The newest update and today is 7/26/17 is that I have had considerable trouble fulfilling a study and getting any help from their contact for the study. It is not anything that is my fault and it should be an easy fix. I contacted both OneOpinion and the other company (can't say) to no avail. At first OO.com was sympathetic and even credited points for my trouble. NOW, I can't even email OneOpinion support because it appears that they marked me as spam and my email won't go through. This is not something that has happened before and I will be updating with the outcome. I don't mind not being able to do the study if it doesn't affect my panel standing. I do mind being marked spam when I am merely being diligent and dutiful.

UPDATE!! The problem was actually with the survey sponsor and app permissions, I think. Oneopinion.com credited me with 5000 points for my difficulty and frustration. I was happy with that because my panel standing (which was main concern) was not affected and I thought it was fairly generous of them. I am not sure what happened with Troy from there. I've had good customer service from him before. They just may not have been expecting feedback from the customers. I'm not sure and did not receive an explanation for my email going to spam but I think we can all figure it out. Still in good standing and still participating. Their payouts are at the speed that Pinecone (don't get me started, lol) used to be at-3days. So, no surprises and steady as we go.

UPDATE It's working fairly well now. I am pleased to report that I deleted my review concerning what I felt was some sarcasm in a response from them towards my reviews. I rec'd a personal msg from their rep and basically there was no sarcasm intended and when they take the time to do that, you know they are sincere. So, for now, I am very happy and have good feelings about oneopinion.com. He did say that TPTB at OneOpinion are checking out forums, etc for information because they are always improving. So, be vocal and tell them what you want. I've been very impressed with the companies that respond in the forum. That forum is a gem btw!!
