Simple Sign Up

Signing up for the OneOpinion survey site is quick and easy – simply fill out the registration form (or chat with 'Emily' the bot to sign up), and follow the instructions once you receive your confirmation email. Once your registration is confirmed, you can start taking paid surveys and earning rewards.

Once you have 25,000 Points (1,000 points = $/£1.00) in your account, you can redeem your balance towards items in the OneOpinion Rewards Program. Many different gift cards options are available, including Amazon gift cards, and are sent via UPS to your mailing address.

Collect Your Points

Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.

When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.

Is One Opinion Legit?

OneOpinion is not a scam and is a legitimate paid surveys site. The site has been operating since 2011 and has issued millions of dollars in rewards to its members. Although members of the survey program may have different experiences, OneOpinion is legitimate and is run by Dynata (one of the largest data sampling companies in the world).

I have been trying for days to cash out. They give me questions to validate who I am give phone codes to enter. Still cant get what is coming to me. Don't call their members phone NO ONE will answer. I have taken surveys with them for a while now. No I have nothing but PROBLEMS!!!

Their “member care” is a joke of a bot that doesn’t seem to comprehend the most basic of requests and stonewalls any attempt to reach a human being. Then once you are able to finally “escalate” an issue to a human support team, they take days to respond and aren’t at all helpful. That’s in large part because in order to help you need to have the survey number you had an issue with, which often don’t appear in yo he activity feed if there was some sort of interruption or if the system froze and didn’t return you to the oneopinion website automatically. Even then, the points rewarded often don’t match the description you’re given before you accept the survey and the timeframes are almost never accurate. I recently did a survey that said it would take 8 minutes but took nearly an hour - and for only 500 points! Which is like nothing for an hour of my time. And once you do finally get to submit a support ticket for these errors, there is no way to track them unless you ask the stupid bot for the status of a specific ticket number. But who actually keeps track of those? Well I do after I learned my lesson! Little hint: she says you can keep track of your support requests under the “support request” section of your activity page but guess what? There’s no such section!! Finally, the 25k point threshold for redeeming anything of value for the hours you put into this crap of a survey site is far too high. It doesn’t help any that if the survey the present to you is too long or not worth enough points, there’s no way to simply bypass it. Nope you have to either accept it or just wait until you get an email with a link back to a survey that clears that one out of the way. This site is total garbage.

OneOpinion claimed that I took advantage of the system and had surveys credit that I did not complete. I am not even sure how this is possible. All of the surveys that I completed are one's that I really did complete. Recent reviews has confirmed additional issues with the site. It is only a matter of time before this survey site is gone. It used to be one of the best out there but now I would strongly discourage people from using it. You do not want to spend your hard time earning only to have your account terminated for a illegitimate reason. People now seem to be having issues getting their money at all and the surveys are starting to diminish. It signals the trouble the site is in. All these 5-star reviews have yet to be hit by the issues but they will find out in due time.

Complained numerous times - haven't received my £25 Amazon voucher and keep getting told matter is resolved and you get the run around. Still not paid, and dont expect to either. Still send out surveys!! Avoid this one at all costs - customer service a joke!!
