Simple Sign Up
Signing up for the OneOpinion survey site is quick and easy – simply fill out the registration form (or chat with 'Emily' the bot to sign up), and follow the instructions once you receive your confirmation email. Once your registration is confirmed, you can start taking paid surveys and earning rewards.
Payment and Rewards
Earn Gift Cards or Cash
Once you have 25,000 Points (1,000 points = $/£1.00) in your account, you can redeem your balance towards items in the OneOpinion Rewards Program. Many different gift cards options are available, including Amazon gift cards, and are sent via UPS to your mailing address.
If you do not want to wait until a physical card is delivered (keep in mind that it can take up to 10 days to arrive), you can opt for a virtual gift card that will instantly be sent to you and ready for use.

- Amazon e-vouchers - with $25 or $50 worth of points in your account, request an Amazon.com e-gift code.

- Visa prepaid cards - starting at 25,000 points, you can receive a $25 pre-paid Visa card. Other denominations are: $50, $75, and $100.
Survey Taking Experience
Collect Your Points
Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.
When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.
Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.
Get Your Points Immediately!
After you complete an online survey, your reward points will instantly be loaded into your account. These points can be traded in towards great rewards from the OneOpinion Rewards Program.

Is One Opinion Legit?
OneOpinion is not a scam and is a legitimate paid surveys site. The site has been operating since 2011 and has issued millions of dollars in rewards to its members. Although members of the survey program may have different experiences, OneOpinion is legitimate and is run by Dynata (one of the largest data sampling companies in the world).
As with any survey site, it's advisable to consult user reviews before joining. Scroll down for a list of OneOpinion reviews.
Eligibility: Residents of the USA and UK may join. Must be 17+ (members 18 and under must get parental consent before joining). Multiple members from the same household may join.
Note: OneOpinion closed the .ca (Canadian) .fr (French), Australian, German, Spain and Italian versions of their survey panel on June 30, 2019. The USA and UK versions of their panel continue to be operational.

beware! I have had nothing but issues getting credit for surveys I complete! then, when you message to get your full credit, you get a robot... then, you when you finally get a customer service rep they are not very polite.. of course I am not happy...,,I have to write to get credit.. first I have to deal with a robot, then wait usually 5-7 days to get a live Rep.. then when I finally do, they accuse me of NOT finishing a survey, when I did indeed complete it.. then, when you have had enough of NOT getting your reward, and being called a liar pretty much,, and you speak up about it, they cancel your account.. there are so many other survey sites who appreciate your efforts. my OPINION... do NOT waste your time with this one.. not to mention you have to wait 3-4 days to even collect your reward .. most other sites only have you wait a day or two..

We pride ourselves on our member care team, and apologize that you feel this way. Looking through your support history, I do see several instances where your account has been credited for various survey issues. I also do see that our response time was generally within 24-48 hours, but we are sorry for any instances where response may have been delayed. We deal with a great deal of support inquiries each day, and always try to respond as quickly as possible.
OneOpinion wants every member to have a great experience, and enjoy taking our surveys. In instances where members are becoming frustrated and voicing continued concerns, we will always attempt to provide a resolution and recommendations, but if it appears these are not helping, or even adding to the frustration, we may suggest cashing out any remaining points as the quickest route for member satisfaction.

Every survey attempted opened to an error message and then redirected to an error page stating 'wrong country' - I am in Australia and was able to open the account without any problems, but every survey redirected to 'wrong country' and I was not able to access the site at all except via an email link.
Closed account after 7 days.
Waste of time.
:Update after response from OneOpinion Rep:
I understand the reasons you have given for the poor performance of the panel, but if you opened the business in another country, advertised for that country, failed to deliver any surveys and received a negative review as a result. Dont falsely advertise or trick people into signing up and they wont have the need to report the incidents.

I been trying to cash out since Friday but am not receiving the sms with the code in it so I can. It took them until Monday afternoon to even contact me back after I made several phone calls and wrote several support tickets to make sure they had my updated number which I thought they did and I was right. So I tried several more times and I am still not getting my sms from the with the code in it. So I wrote them just asking to change it to were the system calls me me because their sms is not working and I know it is not a error on my side because I get all my sms from other survey sites and from my family just fine. The lady wrote back and just discarded everything I said like she did not read my email at all or something. All she did was explain what to do to cash out (which I already know) then said If I have any issues to let them know "wtf" I could not believe it. So I wrote her back explaining everything once again and nobody has wrote back yet. This is ridiculous I been trying to cash out since Friday and it is Monday night now smh. When I work hard to do surveys I expect to be able to cash out once I reach my threshold and when I write them and tell them the issue along with request a different way that is a option on their site to cash out, then I expect them to handle it. Heck I first contacted them Friday and did not hear back until Monday afternoon which is today and that is after several phone calls and support tickets. Now I got to wait once again on a reply when the lady should of took care of it the first time I told her what the issue was and she should of made it were the system calls me like I asked her to. This makes me worry if it is a scam or something. I will not be doing anymore surveys on that site until I get my money so I know if it is legit or not. This is so disappointing because I was depending on that money and I still do not have it. This is very unprofessional and not right at all. I spent a lot of time on them surveys, so it upsets me that I have still not been able to cash out because their sms is not working properly or something.

Contacted customer service and they gave me some compact letter saying I violated terms. Not true. Was doing surveys up until yesterday. I have fifteen dollars worth of points and they won't help. Used to be a great company. Now I won't recommend them at all. Sad :(

Per our message to you, we use a variety of third party tools and systems in order to properly validate the identities of our members, and to prevent fraudulent/malicious activity on the website. Unfortunately, one of these systems was identifying the device being used to take surveys as operating outside the US. We worked with our tech team to make some adjustments to how your device was being identified, and you should now be able to participate in surveys again with no further issues.

I have used my account nearly everyday since One Opinion joined with My View. Yesterday, I couldn't get into my account. Today, they answered my email claiming that my account has been inactive for over 180 days and it was closed. I was on it on Monday, and, after quite awhile, managed to get into it last night. I have over 13,000 points, and I'm just supposed to throw that all away? They say they can't help me. What kind of a business is this?
