THEY GAVE NO NOTICE OF CLOSING NO DETAILS ABOUT PAYMENT. THEY JUST WENT POOF. I CASHED FOR A $25.00 AMAZON GIFT CARD OVER A MONTH AGO AND CAN'T FIND ANYTHING OUT ABOUT???????????

THE ABRUPT NOTICE F THEIR CLOSING GAVE NO DETAILS ABOUT PAYMENT. I HAVE $39.70 IN MY ACCOUNT AND TRIED TO CASH OUT YESTERDAY FOR THE $25 THE THRESHOLD ALLOWS. THE PAYPAL PAGE OPENED BUT AS A SIGN UP FOR NEW MEMBERS. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE SITE THE PAYPAL OPTION HAD DISAPPEARED AND ONLY AMAZON REMAINED. ITUNES WASN'T THERE WHEN I SIGNED IN. I EMAILED THEM ASKING WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO MY $14.70 LET ALONE THE $25 I TRIED TO CASH IN. WHAT RECOURSE DO WE HAVE TO GET OUR MONEY. I READ THEY ARE PART OF I-POLL.

I just received an e mail today, Here is what they said:
OnlyCashSurveys is Closing!

Effective Friday, April 29th, 2016, OnlyCashSurveys will be closed and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or earn rewards. Please feel free to redeem rewards by visiting your account at OnlyCashSurveys.

I didn't have enough to cash out. Only $3.10 in my account.

Bad site, rarely qualify, poor return for effort expended, do not always get the points you should. Yesterday I completed two surveys, no rewards. Five months now and still nowhere near qualifying. Customer service does not address complaints or rectify problems.

I have been a member for a few years. They take a while to build up to the $50 cash out level if you just take the surveys the email you, and unless you have something specific they happen to need at the moment you will be screened out of a lot of surveys. Mostly because they fill up so quickly. That being said, if you go on a daily basis and try and take a few surveys( the cheaper ones clear payment faster) you can reach the payment threshold very easily in about 90 days. They always pay, despite what a few people who obviously screwed something up say. I have collected just short of $900 from them. They used to pay after $35 but that changed a few years ago for Pay Pal and you can collect after $15 if you want magazines or $25 for a few of the gift cards. I find that if you keep taking surveys after you hit the $50 level you get paid quicker. Most of their surveys come from other sites and take differing lengths of time before you get credit for them. If you lie and don't answer questions the same way then you get the survey tossed. The guy complaining about invalid surveys is the prime example of that. All in all despite the time it takes to get paid the site is decent in comparison to many out there like inbox dollars who take 50 % of any survey they get from an outside source. If you follow the rules you will be paid in time. If you look around the contact info is at the bottom of the page as well as in the FAQs section, if you contact them they will get back to you in a day or 2 as long as you fill out the entire form.
