OpinionBar offers its members the option to take online surveys, some of which are game-like in nature, or even test new products (and keep them!) before they are released. The fun and easy nature of the surveys make it simple to give your opinion on decisions being made by large corporations. You may also be asked to judge the latest websites or TV commercials or to participate in online brainstorms.

Earn Up To €10 Per Survey

Members who take online surveys will earn between €1.00 and €10.00 for each survey they complete. Panelists will be invited to participate in at least one survey per month and most can be completed in a short 10 minutes, although higher paying surveys may take longer. Even if you are screened out, OpinionBar will reward you with €0.10 for your time. Unlike other panels, you receive cash, not vouchers!

Earn Cash or Donate

Once your account reaches a balance of €10.00, members have two options. They may either request a payment via bank transfer or donate their earnings to a charity of their choice. Payments are issued on the 1st week of every month, and may take up to six weeks to show up in bank records, depending on the country you reside in.

Eligibility: Multiple members can join from the same household who are 18+.

My review pertains to MetrixLab, which operates through OpinionBar.

I have done four of MetrixLab's one-hour discussions, with each initially offering a $20 Amazon gift card as incentive.

Right before the first discussion, incentive was increased to $40. I received a $40 Amazon gift card within a week of participating.

Likewise, they increased the incentive for the second discussion, but this time to $30. Again, I received the $30 Amazon gift card within a week of participating.

For the third discussion, they offered a $20 Amazon gift card, this time with no last minute increase in incentive. This is the one I have yet to receive.

The same incentive was offered for the fourth discussion, and I received the $20 Amazon gift card just a couple of days later.

I have attempted to contact them regarding the payment that I have not received, but there is no contact information for MetrixLab, and OpinionBar has not responded to me. I would've rated five-stars if I had received this payment, as I have received payment reliably, otherwise. I will update if I receive this payment.

Surveys that get rewards are slow in coming. It may be near one year before you can accumulate enough to redeem your reward.

I had been with these guys for a few years and although I quite liked them, I found increasingly it would either screen me out (and give me 10p) but most annoyingly and the reason I unsubscribed is because you would get half-way through a survey and the next button won't do anything! My netbook is completely fine and brand new, I've not had any other problems and their help don't even bother to contact you back or take weeks, I've only ever contacted them a couple times and it hasn't been a great response. It's a shame as they payout when they say they will and it goes into your bank which is the only reason I'm giving it three stars as I find this much better than vouchers and points!

It took me a long while but I finally received a payment for just over £10. It did however take a long time to arrive in my bank from requeting.

The surveys are usually £1 each but you do get screened out quite a bit. Average length surveys though. Not great but ok and they pay.

It does take quite a bit of time until you get to the redemption of £10 but the surveys have good topics and incentives. Nice to be paid through bank transfers- would be good if there was paypal as payment would obviously be quicker. Its not a bad site and you will at some point get to £10, but you don't get a large amount of surveys to complete, recently I've had a few so that was good.
