WARNING: As of early 2018, many OpinionBar users have been experiencing problems collecting payment and customer service inquiries appear to be going unanswered. Please bear this in mind if you are continuing to complete surveys for OpinionBar.

Millions of people express their opinions with OpinionBar each year! Since 1999, OpinionBar has been conducting online surveys on a large variety of subjects. They have worked with many international brands like UNICEF, Yahoo, Microsoft and Heineken, to name a few. Join OpinionBar and influence the future of business. OpinionBar is run by MetrixLab BV, an international online market research company.

Perks of Joining OpinionBar

OpinionBar offers its members the option to take online surveys, some of which are game-like in nature, or even test new products (and keep them!) before they are released. The fun and easy nature of the surveys make it simple to give your opinion on decisions being made by large corporations. You may also be asked to judge the latest websites or TV commercials or to participate in online brainstorms.

Earn Up To €10 Per Survey

Members who take online surveys will earn between €1.00 and €10.00 for each survey they complete. Panelists will be invited to participate in at least one survey per month and most can be completed in a short 10 minutes, although higher paying surveys may take longer. Even if you are screened out, OpinionBar will reward you with €0.10 for your time. Unlike other panels, you receive cash, not vouchers!

Earn Cash or Donate

Once your account reaches a balance of €10.00, members have two options. They may either request a payment via bank transfer or donate their earnings to a charity of their choice. Payments are issued on the 1st week of every month, and may take up to six weeks to show up in bank records, depending on the country you reside in.

Eligibility: Multiple members can join from the same household who are 18+.

Used to be good

July 20, 2021 by Jason from United Kingdom

Until 2020 opinion bar was a reasonable site.
Yes took a while to get to the £10, But they did pay up.
Now they kick you out of 90% of surveys
And those I completed, showing "pending completion" months later. Been stuck on £7+ for almost 3 years now, but owed around another £9.
They also respond to contact with "how did we do emails" but never respond to the original issue.

They closed my account for no reason

May 14, 2021 by Paul from United Kingdom

Having done surveys with them for several years, like many others I now find my account details are unrecognised and I can't log in. This is disgraceful behaviour.

deleted my account for no reason

April 26, 2021 by Tony from United Kingdom

The last survey I got from them on Dec 2nd, 2020 just reads, Internal server error' when clicked on. Found the site on the web and I tried to log in. It says Email address verified. but still can't log in. I ask for a new password THEN it says 'Email Address not exist. I contacted them but had no reply. I still have £9.20 in my account. This is a disgrace because I was with them for years. Does anyone know how to get my money back?

The survey you are attempting has been closed...shouldn't they tell us this BEFORE we take the entire survey, instead of after you complete it??? It's no wonder your scores are the lowest!

Issue Useless Invitations to Discussions

June 24, 2020 by Sarah from United States

I recently qualified for an online chat and was looking forward to participating for the reward. I had never done an online discussion type survey so I thought it would be interesting. I got an email confirming my acceptance to participate and was told I would get an email an hour before the session started with a link for access. The day of the discussion, I didn't get the email until five minutes before the session closed, and obviously the discussion was full by the time I could even access it. I sat refreshing my email, thinking they were just running behind schedule, only to find out that they sent out the email too late. What a joke. Don't issue someone an invitation to participate in something and then make it impossible for them to do so through no fault of their own. My advice: don't bother accepting invitations from them.
