OpinionBar offers its members the option to take online surveys, some of which are game-like in nature, or even test new products (and keep them!) before they are released. You may also be asked to judge the latest websites or TV commercials or to participate in online brainstorms.

Earn Up To €10 Per Survey

Members who take online surveys will earn between €1.00 and €10.00 for each survey they complete. Panelists will be invited to participate in at least one survey per month and most can be completed in a short 10 minutes, although higher paying surveys may take longer. Even if you are screened out, OpinionBar will reward you with €0.10 for your time. Unlike other panels, you receive cash, not vouchers!

Earn Cash or Donate

Once your account reaches a balance of €10.00, members have two options. They may either request a payment via bank transfer or donate their earnings to a charity of their choice. Payments are issued on the 1st week of every month, and may take up to six weeks to show up in bank records, depending on the country you reside in.

Eligibility: Multiple members can join from the same household who are 18+.

I've been a panel member for years and starting April 2018, they stopped payouts. I have over $100 in rewards, but haven't been compensated since I requested my payout in April.

I cashed out on 5/ 4/18, and I was told I would receive my payment in 4-6 weeks. Which has NOT happened! I have contacted them MANY times, and they will not answer. It is not worth it, at all!

SINCE 3/4/18 THE $10 THEY OWE ME SHOWS AS "PENDING". 6/12/18 IT STILL SHOWS AS PENDING. THEY DO NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS. METRIX, THE PARENT COMPANY IN THE NETHERLANDS, ANSWERED FOR A WHILE BUT DROPPED IT. O.B. SAYS ALLOW UP TO 6 WEEKS FOR PAYMENT, IT IS NOW OVER 3 MONTHS. I NEVER GOT THE $1 FOR SIGNING UP, SO THEY OWE ME $11. DO NOT BELIEVE THE # OF "LIKES" THEY HAVE!

10-19-17 STILL UNRESOLVED, WORST OF THE WORST. JOINED 12/24/15, HAVE DONE EVERY SURVEY THEY'VE SENT AND ONLY HAVE $8. THEY WON'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS VIA EMAIL, I KEEP GIVING THEM "BAD" ON THEIR OWN RATINGS, CONTRACTED METRIX PARENT CO. CANNOT GET AN ANSWER AS TO WHETHER I EVER GOT THE WELCOME REWARD, ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY JUST IGNORE THE QUESTION, SOMEONE NAMED PHONG. I EVEN ASKED IF THEY'D GIVE ME MY $8 ($10 THRESHOLD) SO i CAN GET OUT OF THIS MISERY. THEY DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE THE REQUEST OR THE CONTENTS OF MY EMAILS..
11-28-16 I JOINED OPINIONBAR DECEMBER 2013. THEY HAVE SENT 27 SURVEYS. THEY OFFER $1 FOR COMPLETING THE PROFILE. I'VE NEVER GOTTEN THE DOLLAR AND ALTHOUGH I OPEN ALL SURVEYS FROM THEM IMMEDIATELY,, USUALLY IT'S CLOSED WHEN I GO TO THE SITE. I HAVE SENT THEM ABOUT 20 EMAILS, MY BALANCE IN NEARLY 3 YEARS IS A PALTRY $2.50. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM. CONTACTED METRIC WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE PARENT COMPANY, HAD A CHAT JUST NOW, THEY'RE GOING TO LOOK INTO IT. THE TIME IT'S TAKE TO FINT METRIX, DO THE CHAT AND POST THIS WIPES OUT MY $2.50 AND THEN SOME. METRIC CHAT SAYS "OpinionBar is having problem constantly."

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. JOINED 12-24-15, NEVER GOT THE $1 FOR THE WELCOME SURVEY. THERE ARE 10 COMPONENTS, I COMPLETED ALL, THEY DIDN'T CREDIT ME FOR 4. CLEARLY SHOWS I PARTICIPATED IN ALL 10. 17 SURVEYS FROM 12/15 TO 6/16, 11 CLOSED, 6 "PARTICIPATED" BUT NO PAYMENT, THEY DON'T SAY IF YOU PASSED OR FAILED, JUST "PARTICIPATED." I'M DONE WITH THEM.
3-4-18 UPDATE. I JOINED 12-24-2015 AND DID NOT GET THE REWARD OFFERED FOR JOINING. WROTE SEVERAL TIMES, THEY DO NOT ANSWER. AS OF 03-03-18 I FINALLY ACCUMULATED $10 AND SELECTED PAYPAL. 1. THEY ADVERTISE UP TO $10, ALL MINE WERE $1. 2. ALL OTHER 34 GROUPS I BELONG TO PROCESS PAYMENT REQUESTS WITHIN 5-19 MINS. O.B. PAYS ONLY ON1ST WEEK OF THE MONTH AND IT CAN TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS TO SEE IT ON A BANK STATEMENT. 4. METRIX IS A PARENT COMPANY, THEY DON'T ANSWER EMAILS EITHER. I AM UNSUBSCRIBING AS SOON AS I GET PAID.

After belonging for many years and never having a problem being paid I now still have a pending payment over 4 months old. I also have enough to cashout again but no cashout button. I have emailed numerous times with no response at all and no payment made. I am, of course, done taking surveys for them but still want to be paid for what I am owed. Any way to contact them beside thru their useless HelpDesk ?
