Accrue Points for Cash

Taking surveys allows you to accrue points that translate to cash paid via PayPal. Once your account reaches 1000 points ($10.00, or £10), you will automatically be sent a PayPal payment the following month. Don't Want to Pay

I emailed this company several times about when I will be getting paid. They finally replied saying my email has been blacklisted. I only have one account, I am completing my surveys when I they let me too, I only live in the United States. Be aware of this company They are making accusations.

First complaint...not many surveys and most links are broken to even get in a survey...2nd...Unless you're a ceo, or already rich, you wont qualify for 98% of the few surveys they offer. 3rd waiting an entire month for a payout....what year is it now? Either get with the times or go away....and my 4th complaint....YOU WONT GET PAID. Instead they will ban your account and not say anything to you...all month it showed I was eligible for a $45 payout....and then today dec 31st, I try to log in, and my accounts been locked...They will after you send several support tickets then claim that they detected your internet is not in the usa, or tell you to send them a pic of your id for verification.....why wait until someones cashing out to pull that? Hoping most get mad and walk away so you can keep all the money? Thats what it seems like, otherwise they would get you to verify yourself fully when your registering....so this company banks on hassling people for their payout so that they get to keep all the money you earned...their cut and yours....Read all the horrible reviews and trust them, every aspect of this website is a negative review from me...I use many sites, most I have used for years...I'm not a speeder or one who is likely to miss a trick quality control question at all...I've done well over 25,000 surveys...so I know when I'm being misled and used.

A RIP OFF SURVEY

I spent over 20 minutes on a survey and instead of a reward ,they said i didn't qualify. I WON'T waste my time on that one!!! It's too bad because their surveys were generally interesting.
I did NOT suspect it was a "qualification " survey and it wasn't so described.

Opinion PLUS was okay for me at first. I'd make $1-3 per survey. I did my first cash out once I reached $10 but did not get paid after a month passed. I had to contact support. They were confused why I hadn't been paid yet but finally paid me.

Shortly after the incident, things turned sour. I wasn't getting emails of new surveys from them anymore. I contacted support to ask what happened.

Apparently, my account has been terminated because my IP address says I'm in Israel. Except I literally live in United States. I didn't use a VPN or anything so there's that. I tried explaining that and asking if they need me to verify my identity so I can prove I'm telling the truth but then thy just ignored me. Now I'm done with them.

Hardly any surveys and very frustrating!

Whenever there is a survey, you just get screened out and don't get paid anything for your effort for participating! Very frustrating!

STUPID STUPID STUPID!

Edit: This company does not seem right because they won't pay you at the end of a month. This is because your email for PayPal gets flagged without warning and requires an ID check by sending information over email! Not very safe! I haven't sent my ID over to them because I don't know what they are going to do with it! They are asking for this stuff because apparently there has been a lot of fraud with this company. I have had some false accusations of answers not being completed and having multiple accounts from their support team. They don't explain in their FAQ page that you need to send them a copy of your ID over email before you can get any payment to your PayPal account. I wanted to earn a little money in my PayPal to spend and this is what happens to me! I feel VERY ripped off with this site! Complete waste of time!

Here's what happened when I contacted the support team about not being paid:

Me: Dear Sir/Madam, I haven't received any payment to my PayPal
account. According to the FAQ page, this was supposed to be paid at
the end of September. Please could you rectify this by sending the
accumulated points (1150 = £11.50) from here to my PayPal account. Thank you for your kind attention.

We regret to inform you that your email has been blacklisted due to violations of our terms of use. This can happen over a multitude of reasons, with some of them being either that you have been providing incomplete answers to given surveys, having multiple accounts to those that you aren't in fact from the country where you are claiming to be.

Me: So basically I wasted my time trying to get some extra money for myself and now you won't send me the accumulated points to my PayPal. No wonder why I haven't received money from you! Incomplete answers? I completed every answer on surveys that I managed to get to the end of. Also, most of your surveys don't even work because the quota gets filled up within a few minutes! Multiple accounts? I have only had ONE account on your website and you say this plus the point above because you don't want to pay any money to me via PayPal. What a rip off! I knew something wasn't right when I noticed that I can't put my PayPal address down on my profile page because you assume that the email address that I registered with is my PayPal.

If you can prove your UK residence (sending ID or driving licence - feel free to leave the numbers blank), we will send you the payment asap. We have been encountering a lot of fraud, and your email got flagged by our IT department as a fraud.

Me: Oh so you are ripping me off for real! No I am not sending my ID through the post! How about you send the payment without this stuff?! I don't care how much fraud you have been encountering! I feel ripped off and I should be paid to my PayPal without hassle! Oh and don't expect me to do any more surveys because I'm done!

Most probably you have misunderstood. Of course we don't ask you to send your ID via post, just make a photo and send it over in an email, so we can confirm your account. That's why I said, feel free to leave the numbers blank, and we will be sending you your payment.
Once an email is flagged, until it gets confirmed and whitelisted, there's nothing I can do from my end, since this is a prerequisite for it to go to the IT and payments departments.
Please accept my apologies for the hassle.
