I completed survey over 2 months ago. I never received compensation. Multiple emails and ticket numbers issued but have never actually heard back. I have left several calls and no one ever returns calls. I am confused as it seems several providers have had good success. What am I missing?!

AFTER USING THIS SITE AND INCLUDING THIS SITE IN SUBJECT LINE I WAS CONTACTED. REIMBURSEMENT OCCURRED. WAS A LITTLE CONFUSING AS IT CAME FROM “TANGO”. Thankful they made it right.

Poor customer service

60 minute Macular Degeneration Interview (QS PJ-xxx-02) $265.
I had the above interview scheduled on Monday 10/30/2023, but the interviewer failed to sign in on time due to an issue with Zoom. I was offered and successfully completed the interview on Thursday 11/2/2023. Andres C. R. from OpinionSite verified by email to me on 10/30/2023 that I would be compensated for my time on 10/30/2023 and for the rescheduled interview (successfully completed on 11/2/2023). My Opinionsite account was credited for $265 on 11/14/2023. I communicated by email to Andres C. R. on 11/13/2023 and by phone on 11/16/2023 asking when the full amount ($265 x 2 = $530) would be credited to my OpinionSite account. I opened a help ticket with Opinionsite on 11/18/2023 and tried emailing/calling Andres again, and weeks later have heard from no one.

No customer service

Beware of doing surveys on Opinionsite. Over the past few months I have qualified to take several surveys that allowed me to complete in full. When I finished the surveys and submitted them I would get a message “this survey is now closed”. I have emailed the help desk over the past month about these surveys asking for compensation and have received no response whatsoever. I have started emailing every few days…nothing.

I really never write reviews for companies unless I have concerns but I felt inclined to write this and warn others.


ADDENDUM: I emailed the site as suggested by respondent and they credited my account immediately. They said they had a large number of emails to respond to which caused a delay.

Not a bad way to earn money

I've had pretty good experiences with this site including getting 50 points just for trying a survey. Payouts can be with paypal or gift cards so I can choose what's best for me. The only problem is that they are now changing their portal and I should have been awarded something like 210000 points for a survey I did on tooth replacement but it seems that's in limbo right now. I was hoping to see those points before they paused the consumer portal so that I could use it for a rather large Amazon gift card to use for a couple of wheelchair accessories.

Terrible Company

I have been doing surveys from this company for a long time and have been getting cheated out of my time recently. I am so upset. I just did a very long survey on medical condition that I have and at the end it said the survey didn't exist!! It kicked me out and it took me 45 minutes. I e-mailed the helpdesk and waiting for a response but I am upset! This is one of many times this has happened to me recently.

Updated - I would like to update my response for this company. They made things right and assisted me. I would like to say that I am happy with their resolution and would definitely recommend them to others.
