I usually have had good experience with Opinionsite so I waited awhile before leaving this review. I participated in a phone interview on 10.20.17 and am still waiting to be paid. Noone ever responds to my inquiries and it is quite appalling to say the least.
It is a simple press of a button to pay me or at the very least, reply back to an email.
I hope I do not have to file complaints with BBB or my Attorney General to be paid.

These people will collect data from you and after wasting you answer sever questions, which actually ask for specific information will decline to pay you saying you aren't qualified. They collect data then won't pay you

I collected a couple of times for a $10 Amazon Certificat. On October 7 at 5:50PM I participated in a 90 minute focus grop that was supposed to pay $75. I received nothing. In emailing them 7 or more times I finally got a reply telling me how to use their stupid points. They offered no assistance in informing me of the $75 reward that I got screwed out of. Don't even think about this site it's a waste of time.

I've been collaborating with Opinionsite for years with no problem, very satisfied until last January. Since then I'm unable to login in my profile because it seems blocked.
I sent emails and tickets numbers were issued and receive no answer at all. I still have incentives in my account which I can't access. It's a very disturbing situation.

60 minute Macular Degeneration Interview (QS PJ-xxx-02) $265.
I had the above interview scheduled on Monday 10/30/2023, but the interviewer failed to sign in on time due to an issue with Zoom. I was offered and successfully completed the interview on Thursday 11/2/2023. Andres C. R. from OpinionSite verified by email to me on 10/30/2023 that I would be compensated for my time on 10/30/2023 and for the rescheduled interview (successfully completed on 11/2/2023). My Opinionsite account was credited for $265 on 11/14/2023. I communicated by email to Andres C. R. on 11/13/2023 and by phone on 11/16/2023 asking when the full amount ($265 x 2 = $530) would be credited to my OpinionSite account. I opened a help ticket with Opinionsite on 11/18/2023 and tried emailing/calling Andres again, and weeks later have heard from no one.
