I have been with them for 3 years and they used to be ok now I can not do any of their surveys because they are in a foreign language, I have tried to contact them from their page but the message button is disabled and when I sent them a normal e-mail it has been sent back because their message box is full. I would delete my account but I cant.

awful site!!! no rewards, they disabled the link to help desk, you cant get ahold of anyone, it seems impossible to even unsubscribe.
do not waste your time on this one.

You receive loads of daily surveys but hardly qualify for any of them. If you like your inbox full of spam type emails then this is the site you for!

I can still log in to this site but:

Help function has been disabled. Other emails go unanswered. I check every couple of months.

8 surveys credited, 20 pending since 10 August 2019 – none paid.

Still sends surveys – which I now ignore.

Have belonged to this for 2/3 years and it has NEVER really been much good, except, with dogged persistence, you might manage to have a pay-out eventually (they have a very odd accounting system whereby they allow themselves to hang onto your money for as long as possible!)
OTX features large with an infinite number of new screens popping up all over the place and then you find that you do not qualify - also they keep changing the data collection forms and the latest really are the pits - it takes about 4 minutes with about 7 different screens and then they tell you 'you are off to a good start' and then, guess what? - you DO NOT QUALIFY.
All-in-all it is quite awful and, after my next pay-out (could be about 2020, I think) I shall end my association with this useless, waste of time.
