Once you finish a survey, your earnings will be deposited directly into your PanelBase account. Rewards may be cashed out once £10 has been accumulated. There are three cash out options to choose from:

Survey Details

Most surveys will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. However, some survey opportunities may last longer than this but will be compensated in proportion to time spent. Survey rewards range from £0.25 and £10 for successfully completing a survey, but more complex studies could be rewarded up to £50 each.

I am so annoyed! I have just sat and answered questions for 15 minutes, to be told I have been screened out!! Be careful of these charlatans, they get what they want out of you and then drop you and they DON'T pay well either!

I joined this site yesterday and filled in all the profile information.
I was sent a survey within minutes - and was screened out.
Today I receive an email with a link to a survey and the survey is 'unavailable due to maintenance'
I deactivated my account. Not the way to impress a new user. Very amateur and I won't be rejoining.

i have been a memeber of panelbase for over 2 years. I have been please beforehand but the number of surveys has dropped dramatically! I also got stuck numerous times in the survey as they images didn't load. I asked customer services but they only told me to close and open the browser again, but it didn't. As I already had spent a lot of time on these surveys, I expected to get at least some reimbursement but they refused.
In addition you have to do more surveys and the previous amount of money paid dropped from GBP 1 for 10 minutes to about GBP 0.70 for 10 minutes. They are also lying about the survey length, and in real terms you come out at GBP 0.50 for 10 minutes. They must really be struggling with their business and I hope I can get up to 10 pounds very soon, so I can cash in and leave forever.

I have recently joined up with panelbase and so far this company comes across as vastly overrated and not what it was hyped up to be.When you try to contact their customer services to sort out a few issues the number given just rings out.On a positive note the surveys are quite easy to do,but they do lie about how long it takes to do a survey though.One can only assume the high rating given to panelbase was down to some trainee or trainees employed by panelbase sending in tons of false ratings.

When I first registered I very soon got my first payout of £10. However soon after that the surveys dried up, and I was left with around 3-4 surveys per month. What is even more disheartening is the fact that those few surveys that I do manage to receive, are either links to sign up to other survey websites or do not work for some other technical reason. There have been absolutely countless number of instances where this has occurred, but because of their 'number 1' ranking here on Survey Police (which can only be attributed to fake reviews), was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well I have had enough, and I absolutely do not recommend these guys for they are the worse panel out there; pure and simple.
