Similar to the last few reviewers, I tried to login the other day only to be told:

"Your membership has been terminated as a result of the violation of the ProOpinion Terms & Conditions. For questions, please contact [email protected]"

I haven't violated anything and had been using Proopionion for almost 3 years. Clearly they are just terminating users that either have a lot of points or some other random reasons. Just lost a bunch of points and can't get them to respond to any emails or calls. Stay away!

Just signed up with them and as soon as I went to sign in as a new member, I got a notice saying my acct has been terminated due to violation of terms of service. WTF?

Stay away from this site, they will find a way to keep your money. They have screwed me, do not let them do it to you.

I joined this survey company after having looked over their website. I always check the FAQ section before joining any panel. Well when it came time to redeem for my reward, I received a message that they could not process my claim. So I contacted them via their support system and waited 5 days and failed to get a response.

So I then contacted the better business bureau. Of course they responded and said that all members have a 72 wait period before they can be paid. But the issue is that this is not stated anywhere on their website. Then a day later they responded saying that you need phone verification before being paid. This, too, is not stated anywhere on their website as of this review. It is like an endless game of excuses. They need to be upfront and update their website and FAQ to reflect pertinent information for people so they will know what to expect instead of being blindsided after you hit the submit button. As of yet, I still haven't gotten my payment.

At first you'll be like plenty proopinion recent signups bragging about the amount of surveys and pay...next you will have strong complaints. They will do all the below
..reduce the amount of surveys you get from about 10 daily to just two or three
..you'll start to disqualify for surveys you do qualify for
..they'll reduce the amount you earn from surveys, when first starting they give bonus points
..they'll reduce the amount you can cashout
..they'll have you complete a form if you ever reach a certain amount in earnings
..you'll complete surveys but at the end you will not be rewarded
..if you ever complain, they will delete your account even if you have funds still in it.

This survey site reels you in for good reviews, they then slowly build upon cheating you out of time and money. Take it from someone who knows! They can do anything to you, but you have no way of complaint. You'll be happy the first few weeks to a month, but then you'll be angry like many current proopinion members. They do not issue surveys according to qualifications, they issue them personally according to what proopinion wants you to earn and not outside parties.
