Just signed up with them and as soon as I went to sign in as a new member, I got a notice saying my acct has been terminated due to violation of terms of service. WTF?

I joined this survey company after having looked over their website. I always check the FAQ section before joining any panel. Well when it came time to redeem for my reward, I received a message that they could not process my claim. So I contacted them via their support system and waited 5 days and failed to get a response.
So I then contacted the better business bureau. Of course they responded and said that all members have a 72 wait period before they can be paid. But the issue is that this is not stated anywhere on their website. Then a day later they responded saying that you need phone verification before being paid. This, too, is not stated anywhere on their website as of this review. It is like an endless game of excuses. They need to be upfront and update their website and FAQ to reflect pertinent information for people so they will know what to expect instead of being blindsided after you hit the submit button. As of yet, I still haven't gotten my payment.

This site was awesome at first. I qualified for almost every survey and made an easy $10 - $15 on days I would sit down for an house and do the surveys. So I started doing this almost every day. Suddenly I try to cash out and I keep getting a message that they can't process my claim and to contact the help desk....which I did and have heard nothing. I'm not sure why I am suddenly "locked out" but am very disappointed.

I have been with them for three months, paid $545 had to send in a W-9, then all of a sudden they froze my account, saying I was rushing through surveys, I am a highly valued member and get paid extra, now they froze my account not once but twice, it all happened when I reached $495.55 and then they started their little tap dance of freezing my account, who do these people think they are, I will report them to the BBB ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
