If asked to participate I would not do it again. I was sent the survey from Swagbucks. I should have done more research on them before actually going through the hassle. I completed a estimated 2.5 hour survey, and upon completion I was to get $50.00 within 4-6 weeks. I did this April 10 2018. It is now June 27 2018. I have tried contacting them many times and I keep getting the runaround. The first time I was told that because it was one of their longer surveys they are treated differently. I was told to just wait a while longer. I asked if I would be notified when the payment would be expected. And I got no response. I have recently tried getting into contact with them again, and I am being told the same thing, but also yes we can confirm things for you, but confirm nothing. I am told the same thing basically but in different ways to try and avoid the question. I am still trying to get an answer from them.

I saw this website and thought, I'm a music fanatic and I can get paid to take surveys about music. Win-win. However, just signing up through their website was difficult. Their drop-down selections don't work when it comes to register by choosing your location (and it doesn't work with logging in either.) You have to use the Panelist Portal redirect for everything.

Getting surveys was no problem. It was the constant disqualifying after filling out so much information that became a problem. Sometimes they would email me a survey, I'd click the link and I wouldn't even get taken to a survey page. I'd get taken to a, "This survey wasn't a match" page. I don't even think I made a dollar after receiving 1-2 surveys every single day. It just wasn't worth it to me.

Quest is a great survey site as well as providing great customer service to their panelists!!! Highly recommend!!

They started off alright.. but then they changed the format of their website and since then, even with all my profiles complete they still don't send me any surveys.

I have been a member in more that 4 to 5 online survey sites. Swag bucks is the best among them and the worst one is Quest mindshare. I logged in and participated in the. I answered all the questions sincerely and was finally eliminated when.I was about to complete the survey. Instead of wasting my invaluable time on quest mind share I chose to contribute my time for the swag bucks which really cares and is up to the watermark
