Sounds familiar!!

April 6, 2019 by Steven from United States

Well as I start reading other reviews there seems to be a common thread here...one that needs to be pulled to help unravel the trickery taking place!! I was enjoying the site and had received a few Amazon cards when I was asked to take part in a 3 day discussion group that had a $90 payout! Well naturally I jumped at the chance! When suddenly(I'm sure this will come as a huge shock to anyone reading these reviews...Ha!!) I was locked out of my account! When asked about it they told me my account had been suspended. Some vague (and frankly INSULTING) reasons were given. But hey there is nothing us "little guys" can do right?! Wrong!! Lets get the word out! And you may think it won't happen to you but I promise you it can and eventually probably will!! They can have my $90 if it means that much to them...and now they will really get my THOUGHTS!!

failure to payout

January 17, 2019 by james from United States

I was locked out of my account after trying to cash out for no reason. I had not taken surveys in weeks and simply was trying to cash out when I was locked out. So I did some digging and found out they have a F rating on the BBB with over 300 complaints similar to mine. Most had the same problem when cashing out their accounts where locked (funny when people try to cash out accounts are locked) I had 438.00 due to me and had been a loyal member. I would like my account unlocked and to be paid for my work. I did not do all those surveys for nothing and I am owed my rewards. I will be added to their list of BBB complaints against them to.

Went from Sweet to Sour

January 4, 2019 by Tiffany from United States

I downloaded this survey app after someone in the Google Play store suggested it. I am a stay at home mom so I have a few hours of time in the morning and at night to use this app. Everything was GREAT at first. The surveys weren't that lengthy and it was a little easy for me to accumulate $10 because I would pick surveys that were no longer than 20 minutes. However, I started to notice that when I redeemed a gift card one day...surveys would disappear or not show up for one or two days if I was close to redeeming again. Therefore, it was obvious that the company did not want users to redeem gift cards everyday....but thats not STATED anywhere in the app. A day ago, I reached the $10 threshold thinking I was about to redeem a gift card, then all of a sudden they took my $10 credit and locked me out of my account. There was no explanation whatsoever and customer service WONT respond to any emails. I dont have multiple accounts and I did not falsify any information when taking the surveys. THEREFORE, this app became a complete disappointment not only for me but for others as well according to the app reviews.

Wasted my time

October 30, 2018 by Cara from United States

I spent literally hours filling out surveys on Quick Thoughts. I really liked the platform. It was easy to use and they gave me lots of surveys. But when it came time to cash out, suddenly there was a "problem" with my account.
I contacted support and waited for literally a month before receiving this sketchy reply.
Hi Cara,

We apologize for the delay.

Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.

As a member of our program, you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules, we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.

We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time, your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Abigail

"The accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity" is a vague way of saying "we aren't going to compensate you for the work you did.
I answered their surveys honestly, and, as attentiveness goes, this was my go-to app until they decided to screw me and not compensate me for my time.
Do not download this app.

Stole my money

October 18, 2018 by Kathryn from United States

I spent A YEAR taking surveys, being "disqualified" at 70+% through some surveys to rack up the $50 required to redeem. Then I find out they don't have Amazon cards anymore, just iTunes. I was redeeming my rewards and got kicked out repeatedly. I received $30/$50 and then they suspended my account and then said I had been kicked out! What? They refuse to give me the other $20. If I could give them a ZERO, I would!
