SmartPanel is an online community that is designed for you to share your opinions from the very first survey you take. You could have an influence on the future of products and services that are available to you. Surveys are always kept interesting by providing a variety of topics on different companies and industries. SmartPanel is a branch of FGI Research and Analytics, a U.S. based market research firm that has many clients who are corporate giants that span across the nation.

New opportunities will be sent to panel members via email, and you may also find other ways to be involved in your Gateway profile. These are some of the opportunities you may be invited to participate in:

• Online Surveys
• Online Focus Groups
• Online Communities (Idea Exchange)
• In-Home Product Tests

SmartPanel Payment

Rewards for participating in research activities can be anything from individual payments, drawings for cash prizes, gift cards or physical items such as televisions or appliances. For surveys where per person incentives are offered, payment will typically be delivered via PayPal, although in some cases delivery will be made through postal mail or other means. Anticipated delivery method will be identified in the language of the invitation on the survey.

Online surveys usually pay between $5 - $10 each, and focus groups can pay $30 for an hour of participation. Payment is usually issued no later than the following calendar month.

The privacy of the SmartPanel is backed by FGI Research and Analytics. All portions of the website accessed by panelists are locked with secure links and layers of security. These pages are only accessible to the FGI team who maintains the panel. FGI also guarantees that your personal information will never be shared with any third party and you will remain anonymous.

I have repeatedly tried to redeem my reward money.I click on the "Redeem Rewards" icon,which takes me to Paypal.I'm instructed to type my cell number so they can send me a code number to be sent back to them within 15 minutes.NOTHING happens. I have tried a half dozen times.NOTHING.I sent emails.NOTHING. If your time is of NO value,then by all means,sigh up with SMART Panel!!!

They have no customer service they do not pay and worse then that they proxy and mess your computer up stay away from them it is not worth the problems

I have been a member of smart panel for months and I still don't get $5 a month. You don't get $15 after a week either. I emailed support so many times and I get NO help. A lot of frustration just to get $5 a month. I keep getting automated emails saying I am not active when I AM active. But you can't get them to help you set it up right.

After using it for four or five months it suddenly wanted me to upgrade. When I did, it locked my phone. I also noticed on my desktop that weird notifications would appear on my screen from spammers. No thanks. I made $10--but although using it for some time that's all I made.

I've been a member of Smart Panel since last year and they are super! I never know the program is even there. I've never had a problem getting in touch with customer service and having them get back to me within 24 hrs. I've received my "compensation" every month. I call it "compensation" because I don't do a thing to get my $5 every month without fail. I think they made a mistake paying me for doing nothing, but far be it from me to tell them they are wrong *winks*! I put their new app on my phone and after a shaky month, they got it all smoothed out and once again, I never even know it's there. I most definitely recommend them, they are top notch!
