I like this site, it's one of the only sites where i qualify almost every time they send me a survey. I just wish they had more surveys to do, since it takes $50 to cash out. I joined jan 2014 ( it's 3/17/2015 today) and have made 297.60 so far ( just 2.40 from my next payout). At first i would get checks in the mail, they always came quicker than they said they would. They said 6-8 weeks ( i think) and they usually come in 2-4. They now offer paylution so you can have the money go right into your account. Overall i like the site a lot, the only problems are the amount of surveys you get is erratic. You might get 2-3 a day for a few days and then go a week without one, then get 1 a day for a week. With the high payout amount of $50 it can take a while to cashout. It has averaged me 2.5 months to get to $50. But overall it's better than most sites.

I do not want a visa card with an account. They used to have pay pal or a check. They have paylution now. 2 years ago received a check. Now i go to cash out and no check, money put in your bank, or online visa card with agreement . I get visa cards from other clients. I am done with this company. I do not want a visa card with an account.

I cannot get customer service to help me locate a survey number for just completed survey because I cannot provide the survey number. Crazy, huh? Plus this site takes forever to earn $50 minimum to cash out. Other sites allow cash outs at much lower amounts and probably have a lot more volume than this site. Just a ruse to keep participants working as long as possible before they have to pay you for that work. an honest days pay for an honest day's work is honestly paid in like 6-9 months!

I don't know where some of the survey takers get the idea you can cash out with PayPal, because it states on the website that this is NOT the case - they use something called "Paylution", which I have never heard of, and I am very reluctant to give any bank details to another company, because I already have a PayPal account. So that just leaves a check (which they state takes a very long time to get), an Amazon gift card (why this would take 6 weeks is beyond m e, when other survey companies send a code within a day), or a prepaid Visa (which is a huge hassle to use unless you use it to buy another gift card online like Walmart or Amazon). I have been a member for 2 years and am nearly at the $50 mark - I have no idea how some are able to claim they can reach this in less than a year, as they just do not send out many surveys. I will quit as soon as I can cash out, probably in the form of an Amazon card - and will just chalk it up to another fairly awful survey company.

They were very good at first. I was on their panel for about 2 years. I made $150, but I was not happy about how long I had to wait on the last check payout. Their payment process used to be faster. Then suddenly it changed to 6 to 8 weeks for check and 8 to 10 weeks paypal which is ridiculous. I have now unsubscribed.
