Xcel-Online Surveys is a part of Market Xcel Data Matrix PVT LTD. Market Xcel is an organization that provides customized solutions for Market Research. It was established in the year of 2000, and since then it has been serving clients from various industries.

Take surveys on a variety of different topics, and when your account reaches enough points, you can receive payment vouchers such as PayTM & Amazon. The amount of points you receive for every survey completion will vary, but will range from 1-75 points with an average of about 30 points for every complete survey. A reward point is equivalent to INR 1.

Sign up to Receive Surveys

Once you sign up, surveys will be available on your dashboard and also emailed to you. A unique email and unique phone number is what you require to become a panellist and only one account per person in a family is permitted.

Take Surveys, Get Points

The reward points for each survey will vary depending on the topic and the content of the survey. These can vary from 1-75 points and can be even more in some special cases. Currently, 1 reward point is equivalent to INR 1. Points will be clearly outlined before you start the survey. After completion, points will be credited to your account either immediately or within 4-6 weeks after the survey closes (this depends upon our clients approval on responses).

Redemption

You may request a reward once you have reached a minimum of 200 points (on some occasions we change the limits anywhere between 100-500 points). Redemption options include Amazon Gift vouchers, PayTM and more.

Referral Program

You can invite friends to Xcel-Online Surveys and get compensated for doing so. Simply log into your account and navigate to the 'Invite Friends' section and follow the steps. Receive 1 reward points for every friend you refer.

Eligibility: Residents of India 13+. Members under 18 will have their points and prize money assigned to their parent/guardian.

Note: Xcel-Online Surveys has a zero tolerance policy against speedsters, suspicious domains and any such fraudulent activity which is solely intended to extract money. Any panellist found to be indulging in these activities or related activities shall be immediately barred from the panel and is his/her account will be set to zero. The basis and premise of the panel is to do quality research which helps and assists brands in shaping products and services that are relevant to society and sustains the environment.

This survey portal is not pay redemption reward timely. I had redeemed 500 point for amazon gift voucher on dt. 19-01-2023 but till today Neither I have received redemption reward Nor reply of my emails. So I think this survey portal is not authentic.

I Completed three surveys provided from X-cel Online surveys but never received points for them and most of the time x-cel survey expires very soon for example if on the mail I received the survey @ 05:00 AM and I checked the mail @ 09:00 AM and clicked on the survey link on the new window a popup message displayed " Sorry, this survey has expired" I send them lots of mail to report this issue but they never replied and I also send them Screenshot of my X-Cel survey profile that I've completed 3 surveys but I didn't receive any points for it but they are deaf and dumb X-Cel survey support are not answering.
I hate X-Cel Survey, Its a bad survey site don't sign up for X-Cel survey.
Their user interface also sucks, and in the new update minimum redeem is 500 it's impossible to achieve because their survey is hard and you can't qualify for even 1 survey, so my suggestion is don't waste time on Xcel Surveys.

I did not get rewards from this site for a long time and am not getting any reply to my emails and their phone number is also not working. Please help me to get rewards.

Since March the lock down started till date the company has not processed a single reward which i have completed. I have redeemed in the months of April, May, June and August and till date after sending several mails to the company no response but simply keep on sending surveys regularly.

WHEN I STARTED TO USE X-CEL SURVEYS I USED TO GET 2 OR 4 SURVERYS AND I GET 1 RIGHT AND I GET 20 TO 30 POINTS.
WHEN THE MINIMUM REDEEMED AMOUNT IS 100 RUPEE
I HAVE DONE A REDEMPTION I THINK 2 YEARS AGO BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT GET THE MONEY.
I HAVE DONE THE COMPLAINT ON THEIR EMAIL BUT NO RESPONSE.

BUT TILL NOW I AM GETTING X-CEL SURVEYS EMAIL OF 30 TO 40 POINTS.
