I get 5 or so invitations from them a week. The surveys always work well; I never have technical problems with them. No OTX or Greenfield stuff here.

The rewards are OK. It's mostly merchandise, books, DVDs & magazine subscriptions. No cash or Paypal. I personally take mine in MP3 downloads (1000 points gets you 10 at Puretracks.com). They are MP3 format & DRM-free. I've even spent my own real money with Puretracks. It's a good service.

If you can live with those sorts of incentives, you'll like Zoom. I don't regret joining.

I would only partially recommend this panel since they do send out a lot of surveys (at least in my case). Most of their incentives are junk, though, and I have yet to redeem my points, which have been sitting there for well over a year and a half. Supposedly they offer gift cards (including Amazon), but they are only available for select people. I've emailed them about this over four times questioning why this is the case, but have not gotten any response. I find that to be pretty rotten since everyone should have equal access to that, especially long-time members with lots of points. Pretty shoddy operation, if you ask me.

Ive been a member of this panels for a few years now, and havent done much with my points as the prizes are so awful.
I finally decided i would use some when they change the website and gave a bigger choice only i still have the old folios with only a few things in them. I cannot access all the things that they said would be updated in their new revamped website.
After sending numerous emails and getting no response i thought i would just give it up as a bad deal and use the points to get the global force vouchers only to see on here when i checked that the global force company has stopped doing the vouchers. So why are they still on the folios? Again i emailed zoompanel but got no reply.
All in all not a very helpful customer service and lots of gliches in the new website that needs fixing.
Will definalty be stopping membership when i can finally find a way of using my points up!

I have never had a problem redeeming points for prizes and have earned gift cards, toiletries, books, appliances, etc. over the 5 years I've been a participant. I get a lot of surveys and points grow quickly. My only complaint is their Customer Service is terrible, but if you are persistant with your complaints, you eventually get things resolved. This is one of the better survey companies I work for.

Okay, I joined this site and didn't listen to the reviews here(the bad ones). Once I joined and saw what the rewards where I laughed so hard. wow! But I gave them a chance and took one survey and got 5 points out of it. Seriously? You got to be kidding me people. STOP DOING LOW SURVEYS AND MAKE THE SURVEY COMPANY START PAYING US WHAT IS WORTH OUR TIME!!!!!!
