Survey frequency

They lure you in with offers to redeem points for gift cards and offer you something free to start. Its actually magazines and you have to pay for them anyways.

Once you try to redeem points, they never send you anything at all and customer service doesn't return your emails.

Also, the website is broken because even though I am logged in, it says to log in.

Sketchy site that seems to be nothing but a data collector.

I have been doing reviews for them for years, and suddenly, their survey offers stopped on their site. I am still there but get no surveys. Are they still around?

I can't unsubscribe because I'm not even a member?
Story: I've been doing their surveys for years & finally wanted to know how many points I accumulated. I e-mailed asking & received a generic response, just saying sorry for the issue & once it's fixed they will get back to me. They did get back again ONLY saying things are fixed. I saw something to review my points & was SHOCKED to see the tiny amount! So decided to unsubscribe which surprised me even more...it bounced back said "NOT A MEMBER"!!!!!!!!!??????? Uh, WHAT!?!? I can't unsubscribe because I'm not a member??? It HAD to be a mistake, did it again today when receiving another survey from them (after spamming & unsubscribing) but no-it bounced back again..."Technical details of permanent failure: Leave failed, not a member" I copied this!

After numerous reviews completed and submitting my request for my reward, I was told that I had not completed all the surveys and the surveys I did complete were done fraudulently. I replied to this notice (email) and said that I was the only one completing the surveys and I answered truthfully.

This was a waste of time because of no reward and some of the surveys will lead you 20 minutes into the survey and them kick you out because "you were not a good fit " for this survey.

Horrible panel. The worst. Average survey is 10c worth takes 15-20 minutes to complete. Panel doesn't say what is the value of your earned points until you reached redemption amount - 5000 points. Then you have to register with their reward panel. Then you see that your 5000 points which you spent hours to accumulate - equal $5. That's not the end. The most ridiculous thing is that you can buy nothing with your $5. You have to have at least $10. Here I said: NO and throw away this code and blocked their future invitations. Be aware. Thank you
