Horrible Customer Service

December 17, 2020 by Tony from United States

I registered for this website in Aug of 2019 and happy with the fast redeem process around 2-3 working days but recently i haven't received my eGift Card for over two weeks and i tried to reach customer service this time. They told me my account has been suspended and most unbelievable thing is i haven't get notified through any emails or even app notification! This means they keep making money and keep you uninformed that's the worst customer service i have ever seen. My account is still active to answer surveys and if i haven't reached out to them i have no clue why i couldn't get my coins redeemed. Here is my advice: If you haven't receive your eGift cards STOP completing surveys to make money for them! They won't tell you till you reach to them!

It's okay...

November 21, 2020 by LeNita from United States

I've been on since 9/25/20 and it's okay. Meaning, I may actually qualify for a survey to get points between 1-3x per month. However, I am disqualified more often than not. So, currently I have 2650...out of 5 attempted surveys, I managed to qualify for 1 of them for 200 pts. The kicker is, to get e-gift cards (3 options only) you need 5K pts for something called GCodes and Amazon and you need 10K for Amazon. The starts are simply for the fact that every time I'm not disqualified and also that when you're not getting the points, they don't drag it out and not tell you to the end. You know very quickly when you're not qualified. So, it's okay...nothing really to write home about.

Horrible Survey Website

September 22, 2020 by Jan from United States

As stated in other reviews in SurveyPolice, BizRate Rewards is a horrible site. They seldom have surveys to complete to earn points but continue to bombard you with questions before they report "no survey" is available. Sorry I tried this site.

Almost worthless

October 30, 2019 by Jace from United States

Sorry I ever signed up. Not worth the effort. Rewards start at 5,000 pts and most surveys give 100 or 200 pts though occasionally there is a 500 pointer or even more. HOWEVER - the rewards are done so sneakily that even if you get 5000 points to redeem, 95% of the gift card rewards are a minimum of $6, with most being much more than than that. Also, the first few surveys take SO long to process that it's almost a given that Bizrate is gathering information from your cookies to sell to other companies. Plus you have to submit your physical address (not just email) to redeem a reward even if it's an electronic reward. The whole thing smacks of brazen overmarketing. I don't think it's worth the effort, and now I'm expecting to receive an onslaught of junk mail in my actual physical mailbox . . . we'll see.

UPDATE: I reduced my rating from 1.5 to 1 star. I didn't get the expected onslaught of spam mail, but my opinion of the surveys is getting more negative as time goes by. I would say that 4 out of 5 times I begin one of their surveys, I am kicked out after answering numerous questions (not just demographic questions) with a message that says something like, "Sorry, we have enough respondents for this survey," or "Unfortunately this survey is not the right fit for you." Meanwhile I've spent substantial time providing useful and specific information and opinions that the survey company undoubtedly will use anyway and get paid for even though I don't even get partial points the way some other surveys give you (like JetBlue's Points for Surveys, where you almost always get partial points for surveys that you're kicked out of even after answering just a few questions). I have wasted MORE TIME with Bizrate's surveys than any other survey I've ever used (that includes the JetBlue surveys, eRewards (which I also left for similar reasons), MySurvey, Harris Poll, and Survey Monkey. It's taking forever to accumulate the minimum 5000 points needed to redeem a measly $5 Bizrate reward, and when I look at the rewards offered, they're pathetic and designed to be difficult to redeem. This is a ripoff survey operation that I would not recommend anyone taking up unless you like self-torture. I'm continuing because I don't like the idea of giving up the points I've earned so far, but I keep having second thoughts about whether it's worth it to continue, which any sane person probably would tell me it's not. Don't waste your time unless you don't mind spending about a year to get a $5 reward.

I'm not technically a member-read on

September 16, 2019 by Elyse from United States

I can't unsubscribe because I'm not even a member?
Story: I've been doing their surveys for years & finally wanted to know how many points I accumulated. I e-mailed asking & received a generic response, just saying sorry for the issue & once it's fixed they will get back to me. They did get back again ONLY saying things are fixed. I saw something to review my points & was SHOCKED to see the tiny amount! So decided to unsubscribe which surprised me even more...it bounced back said "NOT A MEMBER"!!!!!!!!!??????? Uh, WHAT!?!? I can't unsubscribe because I'm not a member??? It HAD to be a mistake, did it again today when receiving another survey from them (after spamming & unsubscribing) but no-it bounced back again..."Technical details of permanent failure: Leave failed, not a member" I copied this!
