For each online survey you take, you will be awarded between 50-1,000 points per activity, depending on its length and subject matter. The amount of points you will earn will be revealed at the start of each survey.

Survey frequency

After numerous reviews completed and submitting my request for my reward, I was told that I had not completed all the surveys and the surveys I did complete were done fraudulently. I replied to this notice (email) and said that I was the only one completing the surveys and I answered truthfully.

This was a waste of time because of no reward and some of the surveys will lead you 20 minutes into the survey and them kick you out because "you were not a good fit " for this survey.

I joined Bizrate around Feb. 2018. They were alright at first, although there are other survey companies that pay better. But in the last few months they have gotten remarkably worse, refusing to look into claims that the surveys were completed but never redirected back to the company's finishing page. They routinely respond with 'canned' messages as opposed to actually looking into your claim. THEY'RE NOT PAYING ENOUGH TO BE SO ARROGANT AND DISMISSIVE. While I have made enough with Bizrate to redeem a few gift cards, I will not be dealing with them moving forward. I recommend alerting the BBB to their shady business practices if they try this with anyone else.

This site is ok. The cashouts can be used for purchases with a wide variety of stores, but the pay outs are very low.

It took me like 2 months just to earn 5000 points which is only $5. Never use this site ever,
