Survey frequency

Seems like none of these surveys want someone over the age of 65. As soon as I enter my age, I get the standard “we’ve reached our quota” which I’m taking to mean, people over 65 don’t qualify. Given I sometimes respond within 5 minutes of the email being sent, seems that question is simply a quote for non-qualification. I'm sure I had to provide that information when I originally signed up for the service, so why did they put me on the list if I'd never qualify for the surveys. I now get these surveys 2-3 times a week and there are no ways to unsubscribe, nor is there any way to inquire about this--no "contact us" link.

I just completed a survey worth 3,500 points. once I completed they only gave me 50 points. bizrate-rewards is a waste of anybody time not a honest company. You need 5,000 point just to get a $5.00 Gift Card.

You must earn 5000 points for a $5 gift card. (That's 5 Cents per survey.) They offer 1-3 surveys per week at 50 points each, and you have to constantly check to see if one is available. If they message you, the survey often is not there. SO--that's 100 surveys @ 3 per week--30 weeks! That's 7 1/2 months to earn $5!!! However, as you get closer the surveys are fewer. My app stopped working altogether when I earned 3500 points. I finally removed it from my computer. All that time and I didn't even get my $5. I'll never do anything for this company again.

I never get any surveys anymore. It started out great but all of a sudden they stopped sending me surveys.

I had been with them for over 5 years, i never had an issue until the last 2 months. Almost every survey i finished did not credit my account. I reached out at least half a dozen times they never replied. They cancelled my account with no reason, just merely for raising the issue they did not honour their part of the agreement, i had close to $25 worth of credits with them. It used to be a great site, but it has become a complete scam. Stay away they are terrible.
