CVS Advisory Panel consists of a group of CVS customers who have volunteered to share opinions and feedback through online surveys about their experience visiting CVS pharmacy stores or using their services. All opinions and thoughts are taken into consideration to help CVS achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and improve CVS product and service offerings.

Panel Registration

The panel asks all CVS Advisors to fill out a short profile (a process that takes 10-15 minutes) that includes information about yourself and to select the products and services, which are of most interest to you. If you qualify for a particular survey, you will be invited to complete it in exchange for ExtraBucks coupons. You will need an ExtraCare card (number) in order to sign up, as ExtraBucks will be tied to your unique number.

Earn Free ExtraBucks!

Your ExtraBucks will be available to you on the date that is specified within the survey invitation. These printable ExtraBucks coupons will be available for print or download once you've completed the survey. Note that an active CVS card is required. If you do not have a CVS card then go to your local pharmacy to fill out a form or call the CVS ExtraCare department at (800) SHOP-CVS. Each survey is rewarded with a $5-15 ExtraBucks card that can be used at any CVS store. Your ExtraBucks become available on the date given in the survey invite, many times they are ready to print-out right after you complete the survey.

Refer a Friend!

Although you cannot forward a survey to a friend to have them fill out the information, CVS Advisor Panel does offer a refer a friend program. Note that anyone you refer must also have an ExtraCare number in order to sign up.

Ah, good old Company Scrip. Haven't seen this in a while, lol.

$5 for a survey is nice, and you get immediately. Of course you can only spend it at CVS.

You need a CVS ExtraCare card to receive payment.
