Digital Reflection, a division of comScore, is a market research company that is dedicated to understanding how people use the internet in their homes (including computers, tablets, laptops, mobile phones, etc.). As a panel member, you'll be contributing to information that will allow companies to discover new ways to enhance a user's internet experience. Use the Meter and Get Rewarded

It was good until it wasn't.

At first it was an easy way to passively make money, while completing a brief survey every month. As others have said, the meter was unreliable and you were penalized for it despite any efforts you may make to resolve the issues. I also found it difficult to try and resolve the issues because they prefer to handle them via phone calls in the evening (although I did this several times), which wasn't easy with my schedule. It would have been easier if they had a system in place to replace faulty meters. At any rate, I was removed from the service for a faulty meter sent from their end.

My advice is to cash out as soon as you hit $50, in case they resign you from the panel.

Great when it works

I was a member for years, only had a few problems before. Customer service is horrible, they respond but are ignorant and rude, don't read tickets, and it's like pulling teeth,but my problems were easily fixed when they got around to it.
However, my last issue was more complex, started after the last monthly update and was isolated to the meter as it affected all devices, but they wouldn't listen and literally argued that certain websites and programs just wouldn't work anyway lol despite they had worked prior to the monthly update,and work again when meter is unplugged.
They were going to remove a security certificate from 1 pc even though all devices didn't work. Obviously never fixed the problem, because they didn't understand the issue, didn't care, couldn't do things we needed to do anymore online, and ended up resigning because of it.

Poorly Explained Program

I was unaware that all devices that use my home network would need to be registered (i.e. have software installed on them) in order to qualify to stay on the panel. My husband's work-from-home computers are on our internet network of necessity and he is not allowed to alter those devices in any way. So, I was just forced to resign. I had only accumulated $25, which is not cashable, so that's a total wash. If I had known the full requirements for participation, I wouldn't have bothered.

Don’t bother

We had a power outage and m6 meter stopped working when the power came back. I jumped through hoops with their tech support only to be told they were closing my account. That was 3 months ago. I tossed the unit since I didn’t get any direction otherwise. Now they have the audacity to send me a letter in the mail wanting it back. 🤷‍♀️

Don't waste your time

They decided to take the meter back and now they say for the rest of my life I can't even sign up I only earned $100 I would highly recommend going with a different company and not this one. Thank God I have LegalShield/IDShield a legal & ID protection and restoration product out there because I know back.
