An enjoyable experience

October 19, 2019 by Lawrence from United States

Working with Carol and Henna at Hagen- Sinclair was a real pleasure. Hopefully, my input was of value in their group. I learned a great deal from the experience and learning about the project was inspirational. Was glad to be a part of it.

The Worst

November 25, 2014 by Laura from United States

Promises, promises and never deliver.
Hard to talk to a person when their yapping dog is constant in the background too, very unprofessional.

They are legit. No panel or company is ever perfect, but I have had some great experiences with them.

I had a very negative experience with this group, as I wasted allot of time on a webcam online usability study, which took allot of preparation and calls, pictures emailed, and computer checks beforehand, I even began study, then denied pay.
