Survey Types

iPoll offers its members the opportunity to take surveys via their website and also via their mobile apps. Their mobile apps are available on both the App Store (for iPhones) and on Google Play (for Android phones). Users who download the mobile app can expect to be contacted more frequently to participate in surveys.

Complete Surveys to Earn Points

Complete survey to earn points and get rewarded. Surveys themselves typically take between 10-15 minutes and iPoll tries to keep surveys as short as possible so they aren’t monopolizing your time.

iPoll offers various rewards including cash paid via PayPal (to verified PayPal accounts only), Amazon.com e-vouchers, and Apple gift codes. Once redeemed, rewards usually take about 4 weeks to be delivered. If you are redeeming via PayPal, remember to use the same email to sign up for iPoll that you use for your PayPal account. iPoll tries to get your rewards to you quickly, but on occasion it may take up to 4 weeks to redeem your rewards.

A $25 account balance is required to redeem an Amazon.com e-voucher, or an Apple gift code. PayPal cash payments can be requested when you've completed $50 worth of surveys or assignments.

Terminated me & owed me $100 Rip Off

May 8, 2016 by margaret from United States

I tried to log in today, a pop up notified me my membership terminated, no explanation, no email. And they owed me two $50 paypal payments for taking surveys over the last 2 months. Rip Off! Never again!

Horrible

April 27, 2016 by Mimi from Hong Kong

This is one of the slowest site ever. You don't give you a lot of survey opportunities and many of the survey's you don't even get any money for it. Then suddenly they sent me an email that the survey's won't be available in my country anymore and i won't able to cash out what I have because it doesn't meet the minimum requirement. WASTE OF TIME!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

April 11, 2016 by Liz from United States

This is by far one of the worst survey sites to join. It has taken me over 7 months to earn $20 which is not even enough to cash out. I have been waiting since February to be credited for a survey and it is now April. They do not care in the least. The opportunities are extremely limited and few and far between. If you can wait for 8 months to cash out a measly $25, its a great match for you. I would check out others though. I can earn $100 on swagbucks every month and a half. I am DYING to get credited the "pending" money, because I am absolutely deleting them from my phone and from my life. This has been one of the most frustrating survey sites I've ever experienced. I take this stuff very seriously so unless you are sure you are more serious than me, I would avoid ipoll at all costs. I hate them.

Once, they had a $15 survey about buying Father's Day cards. I was going out of town to visit my father. Before I left town, I took the survey. I went to a store, took photos and video, answered questions and spent a considerable amount of time doing this. I finished and submitted my survey at the end and ipoll was like "oops! We lost all of the information you just took 45min to give us!". I was livid. I contacted them, I did everything I could and they did not give a shit. They are a horrible, corrupted and misleading company. They refused to pay me for the work I did. They got everything they wanted and "oops" didn't have to pay me a dime. I warn anyone who thinks about joining ipoll. They will do anything and everything they can to not pay you.

Don't waste your time

I've done so so so many for them while I was recovering in bed for months. I have over 50 dollars with them, and it's been MONTHS and I haven't seen a dime. They also love to have you answer about 20 minutes worth of questions before they say you don't qualify.

Arrogance

March 12, 2016 by John from United States

When asking about an overdue reward, I received a "snotty" email reminding me of the "one to four weeks to receive a reward" rule. It has now been 53days since i requested my reward. Still waiting, By the way, it is almost impossible to qualify for a survey, even though they bombard my email over and over asking me to take the same survey. Also, they promise a ten minute survey for a reward of seventy five cents. On the next page the message is that the survey can take anywhere from ten to thirty five minutes, usually on the high side, with no reward mentioned. But rest assured, the reward will be the same seventy five cents.
