Get Paid for Fun Adventures!

Turn the things you do everyday into an adventure! iPoll is all about convenience and fun, and wants to know your thoughts on the things you do everyday, with interactive mini missions that provide rewards. You'll get a $5 bonus just for signing up, and surveys range from $0.50 to $3. If you don’t mind leaving your home, you may also complete “missions” using the phone app at specific retail locations. New Item Scavenger Hunts potentially allow you to earn from $0.50 to $100 a day.

Survey Types

iPoll offers its members the opportunity to take surveys via their website and also via their mobile apps. Their mobile apps are available on both the App Store (for iPhones) and on Google Play (for Android phones). Users who download the mobile app can expect to be contacted more frequently to participate in surveys.

Complete Surveys to Earn Points

Complete survey to earn points and get rewarded. Surveys themselves typically take between 10-15 minutes and iPoll tries to keep surveys as short as possible so they aren’t monopolizing your time.

Added App Features

Another benefit of downloading the app is getting specific assignments based on your geographic location, accepting them and earning cash right on the spot! You may be challenged to take a picture of a product, or asked to visit a specific store. The app also includes video, photo and audio capabilities for fun, interactive reporting.

Rewards

iPoll offers various rewards including cash paid via PayPal (to verified PayPal accounts only), Amazon.com e-vouchers, and Apple gift codes. Once redeemed, rewards usually take about 4 weeks to be delivered. If you are redeeming via PayPal, remember to use the same email to sign up for iPoll that you use for your PayPal account. iPoll tries to get your rewards to you quickly, but on occasion it may take up to 4 weeks to redeem your rewards.

A $25 account balance is required to redeem an Amazon.com e-voucher, or an Apple gift code. PayPal cash payments can be requested when you've completed $50 worth of surveys or assignments.

Quarterly Sweepstakes!

iPoll rewards its members with quarterly sweepstakes draws of up to $10,000 USD. To be entered into the sweepstakes, you simply need to participate in a panel or survey, attend a webinar or redeem points.

User Beware - Suspicious Redemption Practices

June 5, 2015 by Donald from United States

I'd been a member for about a year and received more that a few surveys. As other reviewers noted, the $$$ received is pretty low for time spent but seemed worthwhile. My account was cancelled 1st after about 6 months just when I'd finally accrued $50 (their minimum requirement for PayPal - very high compared to other sites) in rewards....no reason given, just logged in an account was closed. After a few days, I finally got a reply back from [what they call] customer service who told me there were "inconsistencies" in my account information but they would reactivate account this time......no clue what the "inconsistencies" (their exact terminology) were and they refused to clarify as if it was top secret information. I didn't like the insinuation that I lied on my surveys but blew it off as some glitch in their system.

Fast forward 6 months later, I reached exactly another $50 after many "pending" surveys finally credited (takes about a 1-2 weeks from completion typically). I logged in this Monday to cash out for PayPal as done previously only to find my account is closed??? Again, it took more than a few days to get any customer service, but finally got a reply telling me [again] there are "inconsistencies" in my account information -- still refusing to elaborate beyond the term "inconsistencies" and advised me my accrued rewards were forfeit. I requested the issue for details or better explanation be escalated, but service rep refused request and advised me iPoll is under no obligation to provide details or escalate after account closed.....WHAT? When else do they think someone would want to speak with a supervisor?

In any case, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this company or you'll find yourself with no rewards and a lot of wasted effort (but iPoll still gets paid for the answers you provided).......how convenient for them.

06/04/2015 -- [Update to my original review]
In December and after my numerous wasted attempts to get a supervisor, I filed a complaint with the BBB in California to report my issue as a marketing "deceiving practices" operation. In less than 2 weeks the BBB rep's assistance, I was contacted by iPoll to confirm I would be allowed to cash out but my account would still remain closed to further participation. That was all I ever wanted and never intended to do business again with such a "shady" company. Two weeks later, I got my PayPal deposit, and I've never had to deal with them again.

Lessons learned --> try contacting the local/State BBB if you're getting the same run-around I had to deal with. Good luck =)

Bait and Switch

May 14, 2015 by Jodi from United States

I have completed surveys that took over 30 minutes and been told by the survey that I successfully completed it, only to be redirected back to the site and told that I hadn't qualified and my answers were being "discarded". I contacted the company about it and was told that I should complete my surveys sooner. Suggesting that while I was taking the survey it suddenly hit their quota of how many respondents they were accepting! I am just shy of $25 which I need to cash out, so am trying to get that last couple of dollars before I quit this survey site altogether.

down the nick

Formerly Surveyhead UK, still a quite bad c-s if you need to solve a survey problem. For a missing survey (which was logged) had to ask for quite some time for it to be finally rewarded.

A lot of time wasted in trying surveys, and I learned only to complete surveys that were actually surveys with the normal qualifying part, rather than a matching first-page where you put all sort of details and fill all sort of different questions... in order for them to match you with a survey.... I really wasted an enormous amount of time initially.

They invalidated me 2 surveys! But as I always look at the address bar and take notes for every survey, for the second I recognised the sponsor, since iPoll did not care to explain (which I understand they have the right even if unfair), I asked and complained with their sponsor and the survey was reinstated with an apology, which was nice.

Incredible that in £ sterling the amount was changing almost daily, like if the exchange rate with $ was applied, I pointed it out but never an explanation, it was not taken seriously but they did adjust it as I was ready to redeem and it fluctuate negatively.

Paypal reward 3% fee! This fee is already unfair in my opinion but 3% is the highest I've seen from any survey company.
I ditched them.

I never qualify for any of their surveys. Disappointed with this site.
