redeeming points

May 17, 2021 by Charlotte from United States

I have been on this web site for quite a while. Recently though I wasn't getting any survey's, and I complained to you guys. Now I'm receiving but when I try to load them, they won't load. They owe me $29.43, which I would like but can't reach their web site. Your help is greatly appreciated and thank you for what you can do.

Ipoll, the payment avoidance professionals

May 3, 2021 by George from Canada

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
As hundreds of users have reported, but since only about 1% of victims complain there are probably thousands, they usually terminate your account when you have reach the payout threshold.
However, they now have a new gimmick, when you are near the $25 payout threshold, they just stop sending surveys. Consequently, they will never ever payout since you will never reach the minimum payout. The points displayed in your account balance are theoretical, since you will never be paid for them. Very clever and very dishonest.

Kicked out for no reason.

I am another one kicked out for no reason whatsoever. Contacted support but they are about as helpful as shoes made out of bread! Convenient as I was just £1 from a £25 reward! Absolutely awful site.

Absolutely horrible

April 28, 2021 by George from United States

I can absolutely agree with a lot of these comments about being kicked off the panel for absolutely no reason other than some mystery violation
Of course when I contacted their customer service they would not work with me at all nor would they give me any specifics on what they suspect I did wrong.

And here's the kicker! Because I poll is affiliated with other survey companies I was also blocked from using one called opinion champ. I found that out when I contacted opinion champs customer service and they inform me that due to something with I poll was banned from that group as well.
These are very shady practices. I have no idea why these groups will just ban you for no reason especially after you've been a loyal honest, and reputable user.

Just stay away from ipoll. They are dishonest and just bad all around

LOTS OF DON'T QUALIFY FOR SURVEYS

April 12, 2021 by STEPHEN from United States

What's very annoying about this site is on a typical day you get a list of 20 surveys and every one you click on you don't qualify for. A person could spend up 40 minutes doing this and not even earning a dime. When you do qualify, you do eventually get paid, so it takes tons of patience. I was waiting for my last payment for over 45 days and then I e-mailed them. They said that they were having trouble with the Walmart gift card and then they cancelled my request. Now, it's going to take over 3 months to get paid, completely ridiculous!

The surveys are very repetitive and boring. Some surveys go on and on and never seem to end. You can get one that asks you 300 questions about toilet paper or several hundred mind numbing boring questions about health insurance. Sometimes I have to get up a take a break because I get so sick of answering these stupid endless boring questions. Some days it can really fry your patience!

The completed surveys then have to be validated which can take up to a year in some cases. When you reach that magical $50 of validated surveys, you put in a request and wait another 5 weeks for your payment. Very, very slow.

April 2017 update: They did improve the speed of their payment systems. Getting paid through PayPal only takes a couple of days. New problem though, I couldn't redeem my $50 because they're having trouble with their site. I called the toll free number (only during business hours) and it took my 6 times before I got an operator. They told me the site will be under repair for a couple of weeks. The surveys have been better in the last few months and the dollar compensation has been decent, so I'm raising my rating from 1 star to 2 stars, but waiting for them to repair the website, there might be another update soon.

November 2017 update: They've been pretty good lately, so I'm raising my rating to 2.5 stars. What really angers me is that sometimes I might spend over 15 minutes doing a survey where they ask me tons of personal questions and then they don't reward me, very aggravating!

Update: I get to start a bunch of survey spending as much as 15 minutes and then they kick you out. Tonight I started over 10 surveys and only got paid for one (50 cents). Very cheap about paying out!

Update: In the last week, I got much less surveys and I would get stuck on a screen that read that I already did this $1 survey. Now on 3/22/19, I log in and get a white blank screen for surveys, don't know what is going on now, but I'll keep this updated.

It has been a little better lately. I'll spend about an hour an surveys and get paid about $5. I don't know how long this will last though. 9/16/20.

Another update - 11/18/20: Mixed results, for a few days I was getting a ton of surveys (did about $20 per day for 3 days), then all of a sudden, the surveys dried up. I haven't received new surveys since November 12. Many people have complained that their account froze before they got to $25 to cash out on their account, with me I only have about $7 in there right now. So this is very strange. I'll keep giving updates.

Another update: I haven't received any surveys for a month now. Very weird and pretty lame. Wonder if I did too many surveys in too short of a time and broke their quota.

Another update: I had contacted customer service and they corrected the problem. It's 4/11/21, and this happened again for the last 3 days, so once again I contacted customer service. Waiting to see what happens.
