Take Surveys, Earn Points, Get Rewarded

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.

Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

Receiving More Surveys

To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). This will help match you to the best possible surveys and will increase the number of market research studies that are most relevant to you and your lifestyle.

Tip! Be sure to add @LifePointsPanel.com to your list of trusted senders, address book or contact list so that survey invites make it to your inbox.

Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you can redeem your earnings for rewards sooner!

This is the worst, most misleading site there is out there. PLEASE AVOID !! YOU WILL NOT BE PAID. I've done a lot of research on this very questionable site and it seems that just as you attempt to cash out any amount, they will cancel you membership with the same generic, automated response they give to everyone about some violation of terms. Don't ask for an explanation because you won't get one
Please reach out to the Better Business Bureau , the FTC, or any other consumer agency you can think of in your area

Horrible

April 12, 2023 by Heather from United States

If you ever forget your password they will close your account and tell you it was a “security breech” which makes zero sense. Customer service is horrible. They don’t pay out.

Use with Extreme caution

April 5, 2023 by Richard from United Kingdom

Use with extreme caution - Do not build your points up and make sure you cash out when you can as at any point they can cancel your account without warning and won't even give you an explanation as to why.

I was a member of Lifepoints for around 2 years. I never had a problem with them until a few weeks ago. I had built up 4000+ points and was waiting for Paypal to come back as a rewards option as it was “magically down” all week yet other survey sites had no problem and neither did eBay etc. Either way I logged in late at night to see if Paypal was back and it wasn’t so whilst I was there I did a survey. After completing the survey I was kicked out and could not log back in. All the website said was “Access Denied. Your membership was canceled. Please contact us if you have any questions”.

So I submitted a ticket in the early hours of the morning on the 21st March, no reply so on the 22nd I replied to the email ticket politely asking if there was any news. On the 24th March I had a response back saying the ticket had been sent to the wrong team and had been forwarded on to the correct team. Still by the 28th March no response so I submitted a new ticket. Finally I received a response on the 31st March and it claimed my account had been suspended due to poor survey practices and said this could include,

Inconsistencies in your survey responses
Inconsistencies in your survey profile
Speeding through survey
Straight lining (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey)
False geographic location
Multiple accounts

This didn’t seem right at all as I don’t rush surveys or have multiple accounts etc so I emailed them back and was polite but I asked if they could provide me further info as I didn’t believe I had broken any of the above and even provided an example etc of one instance where they might have thought I so called “straight lined” a survey eg Car insurances all being the same. I even provided 4 examples of where car insurers have failed to live up to what they promised. Magically I got a fast but very blunt email within 27 minuets. In the response it was claimed my inquiry was escalated further and the violations had been confirmed. It said they do not reveal how investigations are conducted as a “precaution to prevent future circumvention of our security measures” . In the email it also said “LifePoints always errs on the side of the member, and the evidence must be overwhelming to result in membership termination. The evidence in your case was overwhelming.”

I was both angry and soul destroyed at the same time after all the work and effort I had put into doing the surveys in good faith and the fact I was being accused of something with no proof. From the way the email was written and the fact it only took 27 minuets for them to respond I don’t think for one second it was escalated and the fact they said “the evidence must have been overwhelming” clearly makes me think that they didn’t even check. Also in the email when they said the “evidence in your case” as well as the fact you say “Lifepoints always errs on the side of the member” to me clearly shows they don’t support you at all. ”They say its down to the fact they don’t want to tell anyone how they investigate, but if your going to block the user anyway I do not see what harm this would cause and the fact that they refuse to provide any evidence at all is a huge red flag as it is the metaphorical equivalent of the police trying to investigate a property and being told to come back when they have a warrant (Innocent people don’t have anything to hide !) I also feel that by refusing to provide any proff they are breaking the consumer rights act under unfair terms 62. 4 “causes a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations under the contract to the detriment of the consumer.” ie by refusing to provide evidence and taking all there hard earned points. I did email them back and explain all of this as well asking if I was speaking to a manager or for this to be passed onto a manger as a complaint, but I haven’t heard back so I decided to give them a chance to respond first so I gave them 5 days (which is more than they gave me or other people on here) before I posted this review on here to warn anyone as anyone doing surveys with them need to be warned of how they unfairly and unethical treat there members. It is no wonder they have 220 bad reviews on here . I have used other survey sites for the same amount of time with problems. One survey website rates me at 100% quality survey responses score so I don’t know how Lifepoints can accuse me when other survey sites don’t. All in all this experience has made me both angry and soul destroyed at the same time after all the hard work I put in doing these surveys for them in good faith, only to be treated, victimised and even disrespected by the way they have treated me and others on here. It has really soured my experience of doing online surveys and has made me very wary of doing Any other online surveys because of them. EvenYoutube, Twitch, Twitter provide evidence if they ban you and they don’t even give you anything for etc.

LifePoints canceled my account and will not redeem my points

April 4, 2023 by David from United States

LifePoints canceled my account while I was in the middle of a survey and did not give me a reason why. I reached out to the support team, who was far from helpful. They gave me canned generic responses, which did not help me at all. They are not going to restore my access. The problem I have with this is that I had already earned a bunch of points and they will not redeem them for me.... THAT'S ILLEGAL!!! The least they could do is redeem the points that I had already earned. That is how LifePoints makes money..... they cancel your account and do not redeem your points, so they keep it all for themselves.

this company was the old GTM

March 26, 2023 by lavar from Spain

Those of you who have been doing surveys for almost a decade will fondly remember the famous Global test market company. where the main focus was CINT. ONLY CINT GROUP. It is the same domain, they only changed the image and very possibly the policies and ways of working because now there is a substantial difference:

I have been with this since 2013 and by far CINT is the one that I have earned the most, I have collected, and they have always been legal when it comes to focusing on both the target group and the time of payment. It is very rare that they fire you or that they do not pay you (some of them can happen due to a system failure) I am commenting on this because I know that it is the best by far and if it had been GTM today I would give it 5 stars but:

Before GTM you earned $10, you charged and they kept sending you surveys at the same rate or more, something happened in the direction of all these pages. oh wait, oh oh? did you get $10? maybe 20$? Did you have a brilliant polling streak? Magically, as soon as he gets paid, that streak disappears and it will take half a year or more to accumulate a minimum payment again? Is it very ridiculous, it's like they ban the winning profiles and they drop their participation by the drop...

I work on several pages, I observe continuous brutal streaks and guess what? as soon as any of them is charged, everything suddenly turns off.... they limit the accounts and they rotate the survey quotas among those who do not receive so many... there is no equality in this, if you win and withdraw, no longer you receive studies... I bet many of you wonder why they don't arrive and other times they don't rest... tshhhh.

Hi Iavar,

We are sorry you've been screened out of some surveys while in due course.

Some surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for example, from a region or age group. Sometimes the number of participants needed for a certain survey is reached very quickly and we are forced to close the survey as soon the quota is reached.
