Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
  • Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

surveys not loading

For several week now I've been having issues with surveys on this site, I click on the survey link, the page goes blank, stays like that for a few minutes then I get a message saying there is something wrong with the survey and I am returned to the homepage again.
I've sent screenshots, descriptions of the errors, the message I get etc. to support for the site, but all I get back is a standard robotic reply saying I should clear cookies, cache etc., and to try a different browser? I've now tried 3 different browsers, one of which says my membership is suspended (EDGE browser) and Chrome browser just wont load the homepage. I use Firefox and have contacted them about the issue with this site, but it is not a browser issue. Lifepoints just keep saying it is on my end and I should do all sorts of things to resolve this ongoing issue. I am about 1500 points short of a major redemption, but have already lost more than that in the failed surveys, and the error is still not resolved. Reminds me of the bad days when they were call Global Test Market to be honest.

Great site with tons of surveys. This is one of few sites that its actually worth it. --- BUT --- after 'all the good things' with them , since July 2020 , I have an error message code : PS_507 , and since then , I never got a new survey again. -- EVERY TIME I contact customer service , they always answered with "LP have taken a close look into my account and confirmed it is working properly. Unfortunately, there are no surveys available for you at this time". -- BUT-- THE FACT is I haven't had a new survey since July 2020 since error code PS_507 appeared. --- NOW --- at February 2021 , I was trying to login and contact CS again. LUCKY ME , this time they answered with " We have taken a further look into your account and HAVE RESET IT " ---- AND after they RESET my account , the message error code PS_507 has disappeared and new surveys came back to my account ----- SO , if you have message error code PS_507 or maybe another message error code , you must try to push LifePoints to reset your account. -- IF they did not reset your account , and the message error code is still on your dashboard , trust me , you will never get a new survey again.

after the first cashout you will no longer be given a survey

I'm into this because i love the way they give points and how the website easy to use. But then after my first cash out it never give me more survey as of now I'm stock on my points. They never gave some survey so that I can finish and withdraw my points. It was sad.

The site is very trustworthy. After completing enough surveys for a reward I received my chosen Amazon gift card within a few days and redeemed it with no hassle. Highly recommended.

Bogus in the long run

I spent five minutes answering questions about pharmaceutical companies after I had been screened and accepted. At about five minutes in, I then received a message that the survey was not for me. It is proof that their goal is to only seek answers that will be positive for their clients, and thus the surveys are bogus.

Some surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for example, from a region or age group. Sometimes the number of participants needed for a certain survey is reached very quickly and we are forced to close the survey as soon the quota is reached.
