As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.
Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!
Survey Lengths
Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.
Receiving More Surveys
To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. When I joined lifepoints I would have rated them very high plenty of surveys good payout. Since the coronavirus, australia being in shutdown for 6 weeks did not receive any surveys whatsoever only the occasional emails how you are going during the virus. Last thursday I decided to check my points said my email and password incorrect sent a message to customer support they came back you have violated the rules and your account has been closed. I wrote back to them giving me examples of where I have violated the rules could not come up with any explanation just the same message you have violated the rules etc. I have always answered surveys honestly. I have read another review on another site where another person experienced this as well. Lifepoints should not be depriving people of their points its not right for a company to be so deceitful.
As a result of this I would say dont join lifepoints you will be disappointed. They should be looked into re their operations

I've been with lifepoints for a few months now and for the most part it's been pretty good. However lately I've been disqualified from so many surveys that all I seem to do is click on the link in the email and I'm already disqualified. All right I know it happens.
But I would advise any survey takers to do the following not only for life points surveys but for any survey site.
Please write down the survey ID and the time you start taking the survey as well as the time you end the survey. It seems that these companies do not backup the survey takers but they definitely stand behind the survey companies. So make sure that you back yourself up by getting that information. Also take a screenshot anytime you have either a strange question, a technical problem, questions or answers that don't make sense Etc. Take screenshots! At least if you do this, you will have some information to back up what you tell the survey companies.
Also when you request a payout, again get proof of the date and time that you requested the payout. A screenshot for this helps also. It's been 2 weeks and lifepoints still has not paid me for my points nor for my niece.
As I said for most of the time that I've done surveys for lifepoints, it's been pretty good. Even their customer service has been fairly good. But now I feel that the answers that they give you are scripted in many cases and they do not then address the problem that you have gone to them with.
I'm not trying to be a pain but I am trying to help the survey takers since we are the ones who are putting in all the time to do the surveys and when something goes wrong it works against us and not them (survey companies).

And another problem again ..
Has been more than a month now and i don`t get any more surveys, i keep emailing and the only answer i get is clean the cache. this is the only solution they know for every problem. Sooooo disappointed

I have been a member of Life Points for more than 2 years and everything was going perfectly fine until they made some changes to their system.
I cannot login using my credentials and cannot even reset my password as i don`t get a reset password email.
I have been emailing and explaining the issue for 2 weeks and they keep suggesting me to clear the cache and nothing is solved yet. Not sure what has happened and why is so difficult for them to try themselves if an email works or not and solve the issue.
Do they have an IT Support person who should deal with this issue or not??
Very disappointing....
UPDATE**
Issue solved finally, although there were not all the points i had earned, at least i can login.

I've been a member for almost 6 years with LifePoints. Remembering all those years were great surveys, such quick surveys worth 1 points equivalent to 1 peso to the highest 350 pesos worth of surveys I received. I never had a chance to regret being a member and most of all updated payments... I calculated my whole year paid surveys, it range from 1500- 4000 a year.. Imagine, I just answered a survey and got paid....more surveys to come... 🥰🥰
