Great Rewards Options

Survey Lengths

I've been on this survey panel since it was a 'Global test market' and they promised a lot of improvements when the site changed its name. So far I am very disappointed with the surveys that are halfway through and only after answering the questions for 10-15 minutes does it appear that the number of participants required for such a survey had already been reached. I'm not saying that this problem is sporadic, it happens EVERY TIME!
For every 10 surveys I propose to answer, only 1 reaches the end and the points are computed,
And the 10-15 minutes spent are not about basic questions, but rather, they contain a lot of information about my behavior regarding products and services.
The impression it gives is that LifePoints raises money from the researches done in half, since it contains substantial market information and that can be used for analysis of the companies' marketing sector. This value does not return to the panelists as points.

I have been involved in lifepoints España (Spain) since July and have never had problems with them before. About a month or so ago, they took 200 points from my account and when I asked why, they answered me with ambiguous answers. I was not satisfied with your attention and it seems that, for complaining, 40 points were taken from my account last week again. It is very strange that since July it has never happened and now, suddenly and according to them, I do not give quality or inconsistent answers. I am very unhappy with the attention of the lifepoints staff.

I have been a member for over 5 years with good results with Global Test Market with very few issues. It has been going downhill since they changed to Life Points. I cashed out for a $20 pay pal payment and have not received it. Since I put in for a cash out I have not received any new surveys for days. I usually get dozens of survey offers a day. When I tried to log in today I was presented with a message your account is temporally unavailable. When I emailed them all i got was a canned response with no help. So disappointed. Can not access my account or get my pay out.
