Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
  • Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

Lots of Technical Problems

These people have provided me with a lot of surveys and they earn quickly. But their technical set-up is atrocious when it comes to redeeming rewards. The last time I redeemed they did not process it properly and after letting them know this they then deducted additional points from my account so that I wound up with negative points. After several weeks of back and forth emails they finally corrected it. However, this time I have not been able to redeem (get an error message). I've been writing to them for about a month and they keep saying it is taking a long time to fix. C'mon guys, how hard is it to correct this?

UPDATE: 2021/10/02. Still can't cash out. Rating lowered to minimal. Other people are posting about the same issue.

Unable to Redeem Points

I have been trying to redeem points for over a month. I am directed to the "Help" center. Messages from them say they are working on the "problem". I think they have a problem. Possible they are going out of business or they would allow redemptions.

I am still unable to redeem Lifepoints on demand as of September 19. It looks as if only one redemption is allowed per month and that's if you are lucky.

I don't think this company can read

A while ago I had points taken from my account with no notification and no explanation so as you would I contacted them and asked them why. The reply I got basically implied that the points were removed because I am a liar. I have been with the company for years and have never had anything like this happen to me before. Obviously I was incensed with this implication and contacted them asking them to acknowledge and retract this statement. The reply I got from them did not mention my complaint but instead said they had returned the 90 points to my account. At that point it I would have been happy to accept an apology and leave it at that, however the longer this has gone on the angrier I am getting, every time I create a new issue I make sure I don't mention the word "points" and tell them I want to address the fact that they have called me a liar each time they reply that they have returned the points and that they have been removed in error. I stopped doing there surveys and after several weeks I got an email saying they missed me and asking me to go back. I responded to the email by telling them I would go back when they had addressed the issue of calling me a liar. The reply came back that they were sorry the points had been removed in error and they had returned them several weeks ago. I always thought my grasp of the English language was good being a native speaker but I am obviously wrong as they can't seem to understand me

Redeeming Rewards

I am having a serious problem with LifePoints & the redeeming process. Since the end of July 2021 I have not been able to redeem my survey points which is a good amount of points. I have contacted LifePoints more than a few times & they are still advising that they are working on it. To date...no avail. Also LifePoints is a panel that is unavailable many times during each month. I am curious if any other LifePoints panelist are having the same problem with their redemptions.

Annoyed Already

Been trying to cash out for over 3 weeks now. I keep getting "Sorry, we are unable to process your order, please check your cart total and LifePoints balance and try again. If you are still unable to complete your order, please contact us through the Help Center." error.

This happened last month and got fixed. This month same thing. I was able to finally cash out a few days ago once my points went over 6000 for a $25 amazon gift card leaving me with over 3731 points which is more than enough for another $25 card but the system wont let me even cash out 550 points for a $5 dollar gift card. I've already opened up like 4 tickets. I keep getting told we are sorry and our team is working on it, but no follow up of what's going on or even an ETA of when my account might be fixed. Three weeks should have been more than enough time by now to fix the issue or at the very least keep me in the loop of when it might be fixed.
