Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

• e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
• PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
• Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

Survey Lengths

Lifepoints makes you complete the surveys, some I have done 15min long and then tell you sorry you dont qualify for that particular survey or the last redirect page just freezes and you eventually have to close it so dont get ANY REWARDS.

I belonged to My Survey and Global Test Market, which both turned into My Points. I redeemed my points for gift card codes on Global Test Market. When I went to redeem the codes online, they didn't work. Life Points inexplicably deactivated my account without warning. I contacted them 3 times on their "help center" asking them why I couldn't log in. I never got a response after the automatic reply. Luckily I had redeemed my points already, but the codes don't work. Life Points is run by thieves. There are plenty of legitimate survey panels out there. Don't bother with this one.

You can't trust this company. They rename it, dump you our, don't answer technical issues and constantly lose your points. At one time this was good, but they are horrible now.

I have been a member for years ,way back from when they were called My Survey. After they switched to Life points it has went downhill since. For the last month all of a sudden I could not login. After emailing every other day I finally got a response and the shorten answer is:
Our security processes have detected suspicious activities linked to your Life Points membership, which has resulted in your membership being deactivated forfeited all Life Points collected until this point. I lost about $50.This is becoming a pattern with them and they are closing accounts left and right. Please check the better business Bureau website.
