Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
  • Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

Very painful

I had worked hard to complete surveys and it took me a long time, but as soon I reached my points to redeem the lady in lifepoints decided to deduct 65 points from my account saying I was not honest in a survey I completed last month wow!, anyways they recently added paytm, and I decided to redeem paytm cash guys, it was the worst decision ever, I redeemed my reward on 19th of July, today is 4th of August, 15days since I redeemed, I never got my voucher, the customer support is also bad, they don't Reply to my emails :(.

Refused my application after I gave initial extensive survey responses. Bogus reason for refusal something about "The information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform against 3rd party data." Easy way to avoid giving compensation after harvesting lots of personal data. Definitely Not Recommended.

a new low in market research

I was invited to a five minute survey on this site, on July 5. After 18 minutes, it was finally completed, So i opened a ticket asking them to reevaluate this survey which had a time assigned to it which is quite incorrect

The response i got was comical, a five minute survey requires at least five minutes but could take up to 20. WOW, that is your service team LIFEPOINTS

This is shameful, This survey required viewing a 13 minute video to get to completion, so to say this was 5 minutes, did not even pretend to present an accurate time

I asked that this be reevaluated and was told i had been credited the 50 points already, and nothing else would be credited, EVEN THOUGH THE SURVEY WAS 3-4 TIMES LONGER THAN INDICATED

Truly a new low for market research, as honesty just does not mean much any more

For whomever replies to this, DO NOT tell me to open a ticket, I have already, which is where i was told this disrespectful and less than accurate responses. You have all this on your site, USE IT

LifePoints are a dishonest deceitful company

This company have a nasty habit of deducting points from your account days/weeks after you have completed a survey and been credited the points.
They do this repeatedly and if you complain they close your account and then steal the rewards you have earned.They are without doubt the most dishonest deceitful and underhand survey company operating.
Don't have anything to do with them.

surveys not loading

For several week now I've been having issues with surveys on this site, I click on the survey link, the page goes blank, stays like that for a few minutes then I get a message saying there is something wrong with the survey and I am returned to the homepage again.
I've sent screenshots, descriptions of the errors, the message I get etc. to support for the site, but all I get back is a standard robotic reply saying I should clear cookies, cache etc., and to try a different browser? I've now tried 3 different browsers, one of which says my membership is suspended (EDGE browser) and Chrome browser just wont load the homepage. I use Firefox and have contacted them about the issue with this site, but it is not a browser issue. Lifepoints just keep saying it is on my end and I should do all sorts of things to resolve this ongoing issue. I am about 1500 points short of a major redemption, but have already lost more than that in the failed surveys, and the error is still not resolved. Reminds me of the bad days when they were call Global Test Market to be honest.
