Great Rewards Options
In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.
- e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
- PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
- Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher
All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

Survey Taking Experience

Take Surveys, Earn Points, Get Rewarded
As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.
Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!
Survey Lengths
Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.
Receiving More Surveys
To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). This will help match you to the best possible surveys and will increase the number of market research studies that are most relevant to you and your lifestyle.
Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you can redeem your earnings for rewards sooner!

Does anyone know what is going on with lifepoints.they will not send me surveys anymore and i cannot collect my money.i have emailed them 6 or 7 times in the last 3 months and they email back we are working in it and some things just take time.what the hell does that mean.i try to access my surveys and they say there are no surveys available.i try to collect my $34.79 to cash out and they say i am not authorized to collect my money.i know other people are having problems also.i cannot get a straight answer from them and was wondering what excuses they are giving other members.

A newbie to all this survey stuff. Got introduced to Lifepoints by a Domino’s Pizza online order! Screened out of a lot of surveys because of age, but get at least 3 surveys a day that go through. One tip would be to write your survey number down beforehand. I had one completed one go awol from my activity list that couldn’t be traced.

After several months of survey taking, I finally accumulated enough points to redeem for a reward that I was saving up for, only to find my account inexplicably deactivated. It very much appears that they were waiting for me to earn enough points to redeem and then quickly deactivated my account so I couldn't redeem for any rewards. Personally, I think these folks should be ashamed of themselves.

Please contact our Help Center for support.thats the message that i got today each time i tried to log in really lifepoints ? ive been with global test market for way over 10 years and hoped that when the merge happened it would go well but um not today of course i reached out to their support and no answer i reached out on facebook no answer i looked under the help centers answer and question portion to see why it could be saying this but that didnt help ive always followed the rules ive made sure they were in my safe list etc with my email setting , ive had some problems since the merge or whatever it was happened like doing a diary for ever a week not getting the points contacting them with screenshots of the diary on my dashboard along with how much points i was suppose to get along with screen shots from inside the diary to show it stated i completed all sections only to get a response months later saying they couldnt find any info on what i was talking about since i didnt include any details like survey number etc which was all a lie so to thank me they awarded me a very small amount of points if i remember correctly it was under 50 meanwhile i was due over 800 points ,im not understanding why they do things like this but im so disappointed ive stuck with global / lifepoints for so many years despite many of their wrong doings to my acct over the years , have to contact b.b.b many years ago on them then getting a apology and having my acct reopened , im a single mom just trying to earn something extra to help get by and i work hard for them everyday its a shame .
