Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
  • Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.

Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Shockingly bad

Since the transformation from Mysurvey who I had no problems with, I have been unable to log in to lifepoints and months after requests for help from customer support I got the reply -
Membership in our Community requires truthfully and honestly answering the questions presented in each survey. The survey answers provided by members is vital to the research and businesses asking for opinions. We are aware of certain members completing surveys without actually answering any survey questions, opening duplicate memberships and/or referring the same person(s) with different email addresses, using the same IP address. These actions are a violation of the Reward Point Rules. Any members engaging in such fraudulent behavior will be barred from further access and will automatically lose all Reward Points.Based on our audit of your membership, we have found evidence of such fraud. Therefore, we have inactivated your membership, barred you from future membership and invalidated your accumulated Reward Points.
So despite never logging in to lifepoints I have committed fraud!! Absolute scam of a company who should be prosecuted for theft of my (and all the others as I wont be alone) points

Lifepoints just emailed me and told me they had closed my account because I had committed fraud!! The things they accused me of are absolutely not true! They told me I was not being truthful and honest, I was not answering all the survey questions (WHAT?) and I was creating accounts with the same IP address in order to earn more points! I just can't believe they would say things like that about me. I want to clear my name but don't know how. Stay away from this survey site.

Not impressed after conversion

I see that I am not the only one having problems since the conversion. The first problem is I was a member of BOTH Mysurvey and Globaltestmarket and used to take surveys on both and redeem from both. So now it is down to just this panel. Since the conversion I have taken a couple of surveys and redeemed $5. But since last weekend, there is no record of any surveys I have taken nor a record of 2 completed surveys with no points rewarded. If I do not get a response and some service in the next few days, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I have done that with another panel that is now defunct and won't hesitate to do it again.

Well, as of today (5/20) I finally got a response from their website. They claimed my e-mail is not shown as registered with their site! How convenient, especially when I had over 1,000 points and was close to getting another Paypal payout. When a survey site is bought, the company is the winner and the consumer is the loser. Sign up at your own risk, but you've been warned.

missing 1000+ points

on May 1, I went to post my purchases from April 30 in April purchase diary and finish the diary. The diary was no longer on my dashboard. I was given the problem will be "escalated", but I don't expect to receive my points. I haven't received the points for the last Telco surveys either. The purchase diaries and the telco surveys WERE guaranteed points, but I guess no more.

I have been with Life Points since they were Global. I have no problems at all. I read all the negative comments, and don't understand. I get plenty of survey offers and have completed quite a few. Nice point offers for longer surveys. They have been quick to contact me when I have questions. I enjoy the site.
