Eligibility: USA, UK, Canada residents 13 years of age and older
Avoid the Microsurveys, you don't get paid, and it's a nightmare trying to get Mintvine to accept they've been done, and that you earned the promised points. They make government agencies seem simple to use in comparison
Found Mintvine on Survey Police and gave it a try
Offers lots of surveys. most of which you can actually start AND complete. Rewards are better than many and their redeeming of rewards is excellent. I took Amazon Vouchers which was amazingly quick. only 3 days between claim & receipt. unlike some companies who drag out the payment for several weeks
Their customer support REALLY IS!, quick response, genuine answers instead off the usual boilerplate from many survey companies.
Would recommend to anyone wanting surveys worth the time
Getting a load of surveys of awful reward/duration ratios (Typically 15-20 points for 15-25 minutes. Also the support team are getting like GTM, give an answer which isn't related to the question, or the favourite "You need to report it from our Click earnings screen' when the survey doesn't appear on that screen so you can't.
Still reasonable survey source EXCEPT 'Person.aly" which is a joke on a grand scale, avoid this!
I have always been irritated with MintVine for how long they take to approve points. Then, another week to pay. I was very excited to see they would now make ACH deposits as soon as points are payable. That's cool, right? Except it takes longer for ACH deposits to make it than it does going through to Paypal and then, the bank. It was fluctuating about looping but now I'm able to earn points like I've always been. The only frustration is the inordinate amount of time it takes for points and deposits to clear. You don't really want to put your time into MintVine if you need any sort of quick turnaround.
I've kept my original review below as it shows how much I liked them.
For the last few weeks I've not had any emails about surveys, which didn't bother me, I can log in and check. Every single survey I tried comes up with some sort of message, normally saying I can't take part in the survey.
Having a search around I found that lots of people have recently started reporting the same issue, and Mintvine say its because of using a proxy. Well I like most other people only use an ISP and no proxy, so its obviously just an excuse not to pay out.
So from going to one of my top 10, it doesn't even make it on my list of decent panels anymore.
This by far is in my top 10 sites, you get points if you disqualify for a survey, you can get points by doing other things not just surveys, and they pay within a week normally. The referral rewards are also good.
I find that I don't get rejected or disqualified for surveys on mintvine as much as some other sites, and the fact I am still getting points makes it worth it.
I've cashed out £100's from mintvine with no problem and normally cash out at least once a month

Thank you for your feedback. Our inventory fluctuates based on what surveys are available to MintVine users.
Have been a member of Mintvine for several years now with very little problems up unto about 2 mths. ago. Now payout button gone and offers are also gone from the dashboard. Repeated attempts to contact them have been ignored or not answered. Phone # does not go thru.
MintVine has lots of surveys for me, however, I don't qualify for a lot of the surveys. MintVine will give me from 0-6 points for answering the qualifier questions though. I earned enough points to cash out my first $10 five weeks after I joined. I have been cashing out $10 every 10 days after the first cash out.
