I want to leave a good comment on this panel.
I had a small problem to redeem my reward in the past week.
Immediately communicate with customer support and in a fast and effective way I was informed by mail that my problem was effectively solved.
I attest to this, since it is not the first time having a problem, customer support communicates with me and effectively resolves any circumstances.
The most important thing for a polling company are, its affiliates and the communication, so far Mintvine has fulfilled my person.
Thank you ..... Cristopher
In some ways this is a good panel, because they do have a lot of surveys, and few technical difficulties. However, once you have earned points, they "sit on them" for WEEKS! This panel, for me, has the longest wait time in the business to receive, or even be able to select rewards. For this reason, this has become a panel that I only use when I have exhausted all survey opportunities with my other panels. They ask you to "Help Us Grow". I'm thinking that they won't "grow" much until they treat their panelists with a little more respect.
Constant partner redirects (via the ridiculously named "funnel" surveys), numerous timeout failures, with no way of reporting them due to no invite to refer to.
I have no idea what they were like when they earned all those glowing reviews, but now my experiences tell me that they are exactly the same as other data churners like Toluna and Research Now, which is to say that they'll suck your time for a strong risk of zero payment. Only MySurvey sends so many emails every day with no reward.
I won't make too much mention of the onerous "Quality score" and ludicrous QA questions that they maintain against your profile, ironically if a regulatory body held them up to similar quality standards, they would most likely get kicked out of the survey game.
This year, I'm taking a long hard look at how I use my spare time, it's clear that data churners waste your time vastly more than the likes of proper first party survey sites such as Pinecone SurveyBods etc.
Why they are so high up the SurveyPolice charts, on current performance is baffling however.

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with MintVine. Thank you for your feedback.
Lots of surveys and cash in fast with low threshold. Quality site all the way.
I've been paid several times in the past year. Why the bad review then? Because the surveys are glitchy, not quality-controlled, and frequently don't pay out at all. Every 1 out of 5 surveys will have some kind of error that you can't get past, or you will answer the entire thing before it tells you that it's over-quota. That's nice for them, but you still invested your time. The last survey I took, I finished a 30-minute survey about infant feeding and health, and after I got past the "Thank you for completing this survey", I got 2 points for not qualifying. This was the last straw! It happens once every 5 surveys. If it happened less often....say once every 50 surveys, then I wouldn't be complaining. But this goes on every day, several times a day.
Also, be prepared to spend double the estimated time for the survey. If Mintvine claims a survey is 10 minutes long, it'll actually take 20 minutes.
You also get disqualified for a survey if you finish it too quickly (even if you've answered all the trick questions correctly and wrote complete sentences for the essay questions). Well, they incentivize you to answer quickly because if you take too long, then the survey is over quota and you get 0 points. So they punish you for trying to avoid the outcome that they've caused.
If you can overcome all these obstacles, then you will get your money in 3 weeks. This is no longer worth my time, so I've cancelled my account. Over the time that I've been a member, the payments have gotten smaller, and the surveys have gotten longer and more error-filled. My time is valuable to me, but obviously not to them.

We are sorry to hear about this negative experience. When surveys have errors we recommend reporting the issue in your transactions screen. That way you will still get a portion of the total points for your time. Thank you for your feedback.
